Show #520 - Reformed and Messianic?
Description
In this episode, I first discuss the journey of identity in the Torah movement I have had and how I think some have misunderstood this exploration. Some have said I am coming back to “Messianic Judaism.” I explore this concept and discuss my journey in Torah observance. After that, I move to reformed theology and what this looks like as it is coupled with Torah observance. What is reformed theology? Does it line up with Torah observance? And are there things that I reject within reformed theology as a Torah observant believer?

Show #519 – Who is Israel?
Show #519 - Who is Israel
Description
In this video, we dive into the timeless question: Who is Israel? We trace the origins of the nation from the twelve sons of Jacob and examine modern Israel to determine if it remains the biblical nation or has evolved into something distinct. Drawing from Romans 9, we explore the concept of the remnant of Israel as God’s covenant people, beyond just a nation or ethnic group. We propose that believers in Yeshua don’t replace Israel but join its remnant through “Enlargement Theology.” Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on faith, identity, and God’s covenant!

Show #518 - Unclean
Description
In this video, we dive into two thought-provoking questions from our viewers about Acts 10 and early Christian practices. First, we explore a question about Peter’s dream and whether it implies that Cornelius was ritually clean, rendering the temple purity laws obsolete. Then, we address another question: Is there evidence that the early Christian Church was Torah observant? Join us as we unpack biblical texts and historical insights to show that many early Christians remained faithful to Torah observance.

Join us in this eye-opening episode as we dive deep into the controversial “Aleph Tav” theology, unpacking why we believe it’s rooted in a misunderstanding of the Hebrew language. Show #514 – The “Whole Law”
Show #514 - The Whole Law
Description
In this episode, we look at Galatians 5.3 and discuss what exactly is going on here. The traditional interpretation by the main stream Christian Church is that Paul is instructing the Galatians that they should not even think of becoming physically circumcised. This view contends that Paul is attempting to state the Pharisaic teaching of circumcision so the Galatians will have nothing to do with it. Yet, this interpretation does not line up with the rest of Scripture. We go to give a different interpretation, one that even Messianic and Torah observant believers seem to have overlooked. This interpretation helps Galatians 5.3 fall nicely into place within the entirety of the book and line up with the Law of God and the “law of Christ.”
