Dazed and Confused

Costume Designer Katherine Dover gave us butterfly collars, GOOD Cher-esque denim looks, jumpers, rompers, oodles of bells (tops and bottoms) and, sporty-chic. Drewcember continues with one of Gotham's most memorable henchwomen, Sugar! Ingrid Ferrin dressed Drew in lace, thigh high stockings, feathers, and a little shimmer as her role of bae to the "sweet" side of Two-Face. Batman Forever also gifts us a leather studded, whip snapping, fishnet (ayee) wearing Debi Mazar as Spice, as the other side of Sugar's coin.
