It's the third week of Drewcember and we're Riding in Cars With Boys. This one has Drew playing teen mom Beverly (based on an IRL story) and it mostly takes place in the '60s, so there's some cute looks from costume designer Cynthia Flynt (A League of Their Own, Preacher's Wife). For the second installment of Drewcember 2020, we’re doing Boys on the Side! Drew starred in this 1995 road trip, tearjerker of a movie alongside her longtime friend Whoopi Goldberg and Mary-Louise Parker. Drew’s outfits and hair in this movie exactly mirror her IRL style from the time ,which were a delight of course (even if the movie itself is questionable now). We're kicking off our third annual Drewcember with a WILD CARD...Doppelganger! This weird, lesser-known film from 1993 film stars our shero, Drew Barrymore, as a woman named Holly Gooding who moves to LA and claims she's being haunted by her evil, murderous doppelganger! We’re almost done with this month’s Season of the Witch series, but wanted to sneak in a special mini-episode! If you’ve ever seen the 1995 anthology film, Four Rooms, you know that there’s a segment directed by Allison Anders (Mi Vida Loca) about a coven of witches (including Madonna!) that gather in a hotel room on New Year’s Eve to resurrect their goddess, Diana.
