We have the power to turn pain to wisdom, choose our intuition over fear, break generational patterns, and learn how to trust ourselves. This podcast shares a wide variety of lessons from conscious women: how grief and heartbreak helped us evolve, how children are our teachers, and how we can reclaim our power by questioning the mainstream medical paradigm in health, birth, and ’infertility.’ The host Lea, is a Manifestor in Human Design and Aquarius Rising in Astrology, delivering deep, unique perspectives to help women awaken to greater truth in their lives.Lea’s Instagram is @trusting_life_ Please email: wisewomendiaries@gmail.com to submit your story

The Ego Can Disguise Itself as Love (or the Holy Spirit)
We have an ego and a soul. We are human AND divine, but if we don't truly know our ego, it can disguise itself as Love or even the Holy Spirit, and lead us to behavior that serves its own selfish needs, unknowingly. Example: We give unsolicited advice to our loved one because our ego tells us that we love and care for them. We give them advice they don't ask for "because we are loving." But in real honesty, our ego is so bothered that our loved one won't make similar choices to us and it causes us inner discomfort. So, our ego tries to control our loved one through giving unsolicited advice to fulfill our selfish need of getting rid of our inner discomfort.

Part 3: When Two Become One
In this continuation, I explain the patterns of a mature female and mature male in an intimate relationship. When a woman is in her radiance, it inspires a man to become even more present and provide and give to her more. When a man takes action in deep integrity and purpose, it inspires a woman to open and soften even more. It is the perfect design of sacred union- inspiring each other to mature greater into their biological design.
I reference David Deida and Sydney Poulton's class Reclamation

Part 2: Feminine and Masculine Stages of Maturity
Continuing from "Part 1: The Body Always Tells the Truth," I discuss the 18 year long journey between my husband and I through the feminine and masculine stages of maturity via the framework of David Deida. I also discuss why women are so bothered when men are distracted by their phone, social media, video gaming etc.
I highly recommend the books "Dear Lover" and "The Way of the Superior Man" by David Deida.

Part 1: The Body Always Tells the Truth (in Life & Marriage)
This episode is what I have learned in the past decade, but especially the past seven months. The homecoming back to my body... trusting her language as information about my truth in the moment because the body never lies, but we often try to silence and repress her.... until we cannot anymore. I also discuss the life changing book Dear Lover by David Deida and how it has helped my marriage... learning how to share the ache and truth of my heart with my spouse.
