(This is an especially relevant dynamic for daughters) This podcast is aimed at teens as I explain in the intro and I also decided to use 'parent' as the gender-neutral term when I started talking it out! I decided that masculine and feminine energy is an overall complex adult viewpoint...There are enough complexities without this in the mix at 16 - thought if we get these dynamics right ironically they grow to create the balance I decide as being so important! Even if it is aimed at teens it's a very important podcast for parents to listen to especially if the relationship has ended due to a traumatic abusive event. I try to weave through the complexity of these relationships but show that it's very simple to actually create lasting change with a few simple insights. Retrospectively I see how these two podcasts (religion episode) go together - even though I arrived at them from such different thinking!This is when a personality not only survives abuse but makes the experience a strength... What are split personalities - What creates them? Why are they negative for families (and humanity) - what is possible? How can integrating your life experiences make you a unique highly functioning being for the betterment of humanity?

A follow on from the podcast before - understanding the impacts and differences of internal noise versus external noise. Also an extension to the thinking in the Maslow/development podcast How we create egos by desensitising ourselves - how we need to lose our view that sensitivity is bad - that we need to use the tools to create secureness, not numbness. We need to understand how energy is carried through generations.
