Episode 67 - What lessons have we learnt in 2020 and from the Pandemic

In this Episode I spoke to Career coach Clara Wilcox. Clara has had vast experience in the recruitment and higher education industry. She now supports mums and parents to have a better balance at work and also helps employers to carter for parents who need support at work.

Episode 61 - What is imposter syndrome and 3 tips to help with this
In this episode I talk about imposter syndrome and what it is. This is a reoccurring theme that comes up with many of my clients and it’s something I wanted to talk about because we often hide or feel a lot of shame around. It is a lot of more then we think and it’s ok to acknowledge this so you can move forward.
