Middlesborough's famed academy is renowned for player development and the first team famously once fielded a whole starting line up of academy graduates. He shares why Middlesborough has a philosophy and a track record of developing technical players and how this is achieved at his club.

Gregg Broughton shares his incredible Journey that has seen him work at Wyombe Wanderers, Rushden and Diamonds, Luton, Norwich and now in Norway. Gregg has worked as Head of Recruitment and Academy Director at Luton and Norwich and now is Academy Director at Bodø Glimt. He shares what it takes to carve out a career at the very top of the game and what it takes to spot talent at a young age but also manage staff to create an elite environment.

Anthony Hayes joins Saul to talk about his career which has seen him progress from a novice coach cutting his teeth in the USA to being Head Coach of the U18s at Charlton Athletic. Anthony shares the secrets behind what makes Charlton one of the most consistent talent producers in English Football. He also tells us about his time spent at Brentford before the club controversially closed the Academy.

Mark Rees shares his experience of working at the very highest levels of the game. Mark started his career at Crewe Alexandra working under the infamous Dario Gradi, he then moved on to Blackburn Rover before moving to Man City. Mark was lucky enough to be at City to see them transition to be one of the power houses of Academy football. He also worked within the Womens Team at City. Mark talks about developing some of the best players in the country and the difference between working with male and female players. This episode is not to be missed!
