Why Disciple Nations?

We understand the concept of discipling people, but what does it mean to disciple nations? God created not just individual people but families and nations as well, and He works in history to bless all the nations of this world. As followers of Jesus, we all have an important part to plan in this providential plan of God. Join us as we begin a series to explore this concept that is so central to the biblical narrative, and discover our part in God’s plan to bless our nation and the nations of the world. For more discussions on Discipling Nations and the Kingdom of God, listen to our episode, “The Role Of The Church.”Episode landing pageWebsite: Disciple Nations Alliance

BLM, CRT, and Uncle Tom II

Marxism sees the world as defined by a struggle between oppressors and oppressed. In Marx's case, he saw the disparity between the rich and the poor and blamed capitalism. Marxism misses the point because its solution does not recognize that evil is in the hearts of every human. Because without God, there is and will never be any good in our world. Today, we react to the documentary "Uncle Tom II" and discuss how Marxism is back on the rise and is infiltrating black communities and steering people, once again, away from God.For more discussions on race, Marxism, and critical theory, listen to our episode, "Hijacked Justice with Monique Duson And Krista Bontrager."Episode landing pageWebsite: Disciple Nations Alliance

As “Wokeness” becomes more and more prominent in today’s culture, it becomes harder and harder to know how to respond. Eliminating the Sacred Secular Divide: with Christian Overman

Tragically, much of the evangelical church is beset by a false and destructive way of thinking called “the sacred-secular divide,” which sees reality as divided between two realms: The sacred and secular. The “sacred” deals with topics like church, salvation, heaven, and personal holiness. The “secular” covers basically everything else. According to this way of thinking, Jesus is Lord over the sacred realm, but not the secular realm, which is fallen, satanic, and destined for destruction. Likewise, the Bible applies to sacred topics but not to secular topics. In this episode, Christian Overman, author of Eliminating the Sacred/Secular Divide, joins us to discuss the tragic consequences of this false belief system for the church and the broader society. Most importantly, we discuss how to break down this false divide and honor Jesus as Lord over all! Episode Landing Page: Visit NowWebsite: Disciple Nations Alliance
