Ben shares personal anecdotes and practical tips for creating effective dry fire environments at home. He discusses the benefits of using weighted dummy rounds and the need for consistency in practice. From structured training regimens to lighthearted banter on drills for law enforcement, Ben’s insights make mastering shooting both accessible and enjoyable.

On this episode we sit down with Chris Palmer.  We talk about police training, police culture and use of force.  Chris has served on a large full time SWAT team and has years of experience. Chris is one of the most respected and wisest Officers serving. Chris was the keynote speaker at the 2024 TTPOA Conference. Chris Palmer:1999 to 2001 Patrol officer.  2001 to 2006 N.E.T. Neighborhood Enforcement Team. We were a directed enforcement position within the precincts.  2006 to 2019 (SWAT) Full time unit
