There are so many facets that make up my life: relationships, parenthood, entrepreneurship, beauty, fashion, health, wellness and much more. Join me each week as we meet and discuss all these topics and more with trusted experts and favorite people on earth. Hopefully, we can embark on this new journey together with openness, honesty and a little bit of Whit.

How to Create a Strong Social Media & Digital Presence with Renee Ogaki
Last year, while life was on lockdown and there was so little we could control, I realized I desperately needed to focus on the strategy behind building an influential and important social media presence. I had this "AHA" moment but knew I wasn't capable of this overarching, big picture task. I like small touches and up-close views...and that's ok! I’ve learned the importance of acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses as early as possible so you know when to ask for help. I have the creative eye and vision, but needed someone not only versed in the inner workings of brand building and data analysis, but who also embodied the style, grace and silliness that my brand represents. Enter, Renee Ogaki!! Renee is the founder of OGAKI, the first digital PR agency of its kind. OGAKI is entirely focused on the online space and built for digital-first brands and personalities. Renee has helped me not only strengthen my Instagram channel, but is also handling the social and PR for my lounge line, COZeCO! During our chat she shares how she came up with the strategy for building my and COZeCO's social media accounts and gives some great advice for those looking to get into the digital marketing and PR space! She started working in the digital space before Instagram had even launched, creating a strong foundation of experience in building a brand’s voice and community online. Throughout her career, Renee has worked with pioneering brands across the beauty, fashion, hospitality and lifestyle space including Four Seasons, Diptyque, Charlotte Tilbury, Bulgari Hotels, New Balance, among others. This episode is brought to you by Chloe Wine Collection. Chloe Wine Collection is a female-led wine brand, dedicated to celebrating women’s stories and inspiring meaningful moments. Timmy and I Share Our Favorite Things: From Products to Mindful Practices
If I am not recording a solo episode, then my favorite way to record a podcast is with my husband, Tim Rosenman! There’s no interviewing pressure – we just sit, chat, laugh and enjoy. For this episode, I had the idea for us to do a little homework beforehand. We each came into this conversation with a list of our five favorite things! I had no rules for what they needed to be, so it was so fun to hear how different they were – the lists spanned from apps to activities to mindfulness to products. Additionally, we provided a little life update for what is going on in our home. A Day in My Life
My best ideas come while I am in the shower. I wish there was a way to take notes while in there, as sometimes I forget what I have thought about! Waterproof notepad? Thankfully, I did not lose my idea to make a Day in the Life podcast episode! Usually, I record for forty-five minutes in one sitting. I thought it would be cool to record an episode over twenty-four hours! SO, that’s what I did and it was really fun! Every three hours or so, I came back to my desk and recorded about a ten minute update of my day. You’ll hear about what snacks I ate, Sonny’s insane sleeping, my lack of sleep, my therapy session, detailed updates and BTS on my loungewear line, COZeCO, and more! Registered Dietitian, Vanessa Rissetto On Healthy Relationships With Food
I’ve talked about this before, but I have a blasé relationship with food. I do not crave a certain meal ever (well, maybe a rotisserie chicken basket from The Country Mart) or have excitement over cooking. A goal of mine is to break from my work to fuel my body. Make time for three meals a day. Sounds so simple, but for me it's not. Also, I need to take the pressure off myself that each meal needs to be this immaculate thing. I want to start looking at eating as a necessity to get my body working the way it needs to get me through the day. My conversation with registered dietician, Vanessa Rissetto, was amazing. I want to be her friend. She was so cool and shared so many scientific facts about eating and our bodies. She explained that eating certain foods should not be about gaining or losing weight but to simply give our bodies what they need to function and survive. Vanessa is the co-founder of Culina Health. Her work in private practice includes treatment of GI disorders, bariatric surgery, weight management, PCOS, and family nutrition. She is mostly interested in helping clients to take an active role in their health journey, any of her clients can tell you she motivates and ensures that they always achieve success. Vanessa was named by Essence magazine as one of the top 5 black nutritionists that will change the way you think about food and currently serves as the Dietetic Internship Director at New York University. It's Time To Live My Life for Me
During my last solo chat with you all, I talked about how I labeled myself as lazy and unproductive. Last week, I had a huge realization. I feel unmotivated when I am doing work for others and not for me…when I am living my life for someone else. It’s in those moments where I lose the passion for my job and in turn begin to lose myself. In this episode, I recount memories that have contributed to this way of living and thinking. A major example I share is the fact that my 20’s were produced for me for a TV show. I was literally just along for the ride to my life. Now, in my 30’s I am in control, and I don’t know what to do with that power. It’s intimidating! While recording this, I really just wanted to let you into what’s going on in my brain right now. What I’ve learned is my life is mine, and I no longer want to be a bystander to it. This episode is brought to you by Art of Tea.
