Shizoku, Sohei, Musashi, Shikami and even the Oni can all do the Veteran/Elite troop cards. We only have Shikami, Teishin and Tokusetsu Engi for specialists so the opp really has to work for kill more specops. There is a lack of FO/spotlight, MSV, and Doctor/Paramedic, but we still cover 15/20 cards.
