Alex Patterson uses a team charter to help her team and board work better
Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Alex Patterson about using a team charter exercise to establish ways of working, set expectations and build accountability.Alex is on the board of WASH House Inc, a not for profit that provides services for women in the Mount Druitt area dealing with domestic violence and poverty.She is a degree qualified chemical engineer and has worked for a dual listed (ASX, NYSE) global medical device company for 17 years. Her roles in Operations, Quality Assurance and Medical Affairs have given her responsibility for systems like global post market surveillance, organisational design, leading multi-disciplinary teams. Her company’s focus is devices for home use, with a mission to reduce the load on hospitals, emergency departments with high quality respiratory therapies that are easy to use and comfortable.
