How To Build A Profitable Course And Community In Today's Competitive Landscape | Greg Smith

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have Greg Smith who speaks about creating an ideal community and culture in your customers and within the organization, gives tips on what’s the best way to create great content, how to be a top content creator, how to do marketing for courses, and tips to monetize your expertise with online courses! Greg Smith is a lawyer, an instructor, entrepreneur and the CEO and Founder of Thinkific, an all-in-one platform that allows you to create, market, and sell your own online courses. It offers the best tools, training, and support to kick start your own online education business. Greg is passionate about education and has taught thousands of students online and delivers amazing E-Learning experiences. For Greg, it started from tutoring students in law school, and turning it into a blog. He noticed that more people were getting interested in it. People were looking for options to acquire education outside the colleges. Fortunately, there is an explosion of acceptance of online education as the first place to go to learn. It created a poll from the learners. People prefer to go online first as their first point of contact for learning for a frequent career change, career opportunity and promotion, personal improvement like fitness and health, and the desire to learn more crafts and hobbies. Greg sees the potential of educating and reaching more people by making online courses. Together with his brother, they’ve created the first mini online course and later started their own company. Now, Greg’s company offers a variety of courses for people who want to create their own courses and memberships, to educate potential customers on their brand and website with full control over the content, pricing, and the business.  Accordingly, Greg emphasizes the importance of marketing in any business in order to be successful. Thus, the top content creators must be really good in marketing, if not hiring someone else to do it. Greg really invested in his employees, his business and company and made sure that he’s building an ideal culture within the organization. It is a culture that’s concerned for everyone, united, and supporting each other to achieve their individual and company goals. Currently, Greg continuously helps entrepreneurs grow their business by getting their passion and message and knowledge out to the world. Helping them start their businesses while enjoying more time and freedom to spend with his family. The Voice Of The UFC Octagon And How He Built A World Class Brand | Bruce Buffer

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, our incredible guest, Bruce Buffer shares his insights, amazing entrepreneurial story, tips on how to achieve your goals, what are the winning attitudes, how to live an ideal lifestyle without working, how to make your business sustainable, when to give up when everything is not working, and how to stay on top! Bruce Buffer is a phenomenal entrepreneur and business owner, the President, and CEO of their company, The Buffer Partnership, the voice of UFC, Intl. Sports/Entertainment & UFC Octagon Announcer, introduced on broadcasts as the "Veteran Voice of the Octagon". He is the half- brother of the boxing and professional wrestling ring announcer Michael Buffer. Bruce holds a black belt in Tang Soo Do and has fought as a kickboxer. Bruce grew up seeing his dad’s entrepreneurial attitude towards everything, the passion, and intensity he approaches this thing has a huge effect on him. His father was a trader and collector of artifacts where he learned how to sell, talk, pitch, and deal at a very young age. He taught him an entrepreneurial spirit he needed. Bruce started his business selling jewelry in school. Later, he got into a selling business with an impressive selling performance by just observing and learning from the people on top. Then, he started his own company. Bruce learned the business organically with entrepreneurial attitudes with trial and error. His early pieces of training have helped him do things in business much better than most people do. On the other hand, Bruce never gives up on his ambition. He wanted to be an announcer, inspired by his half-brother Michael Buffer. Seeing successful people motivates him. He loves the attitude for standing up for yourself and sticking what you believed. So he fought that ambition for years until he became a professional mixed martial arts ring announcer and the official Octagon announcer for UFC events. Moreover, Bruce emphasized that in business you need to have passion too in what you’re doing. If you can find your passion and you can monetize it then you won’t be working on living a lifestyle. He is always world-class in what he does because of his work ethic and passion. Also, Bruce believed that we’re all GOD - a Governor of our Own Destiny. No matter what you believe in or get the support from, in the end, you’ll be the one who makes a decision for yourself. Therefore, you have to believe in yourself, do not change your principle and stay consistent because everything is all about attitudes. Set your work as always the first time, give your best and prove them and to yourself that you deserve the job. Bruce doesn’t let jealousy and green monsters into his business. According to him, “don’t be jealous of people if they’re successful; learn from them, absorb them why they’re successful”. It’s all about learning from others and applies those principles along with your basic principles and forms your path. Be realistic on what is your goal, the steps towards the goal; achieve the goal, the goal, then the next goal. Lastly, whether you want to be a leader or follower, either way you can still live an amazing life, just find what you wanted. But never forget where you came from! Some Questions I Ask: Where did your entrepreneurial journey start before the UFC? (02:02) What does your routine look like on a daily basis? (25:25) Who are some of the people around you in business or sports or industry that have inspired you, and what have you pulled from them? (29:59) What is your best piece of advice for young entrepreneurs today that still rings true and you always fall back on, you’ve tried, and tested? (34:44) What’s next for Bruce Buffer? Why are you pushing the way you’re pushing? (37:58) If you get to the end of the road and you’re looking in your rearview mirror behind you, what do you want to see or hope that is said that helps you go rest easy and say “that was life worth with”? (43:57) In This Episode, You Will Learn: The Pyramid of Life. (04:17) How the ‘Let’s get ready to rumble” brand form. (15:09) Why all the businesses are the same, the product is different. (18:30) The winning attitude. (25:00) GOD as “Governor of my Own Destiny”. (26:36) Bruce Three Put Theories (32:53) Tips on how to stay your business uniform and sustainable. (36:57) Parting piece of advice for entrepreneurs. (44:56) Quotes: “Everybody is important because without that base in the bottom the whole thing falls down.” “You should enjoy yourself from the fruits of your labor.” “Life is not that difficult, people make it difficult by thinking together to recreate the will.” “All businesses are the same; it’s just the product that is different.” “In life, I do everything with passion.” “If you can find your passion and you can monetize it then you won’t be working on living a lifestyle.”  “When you want something in life, you have to ask for it.” “Be the best you can be whether you’re number one.” “If you are the best you can be into the best drive you can then you’re winning.” “It’s all attitudes.”  “Stand up for what you believed, and hold on what you believed.” “Don’t be jealous of people if they’re successful; learn from them, and absorb why they’re successful.” “Look at the mirror and be realistic.” “Be realistic, step goal, achieve the goal, the goal then the next goal.” “Just stand tall and believe in yourself.” “Teach how to teach how to teach.” “We’re all created equal so we all have the same shot; it’s about how you approach it.” Connect with Bruce Buffer on: Website Instagram Twitter YouTube Email Address: info@brucebuffer.com It’s Time Podcast

Getting Into Flow State And Arming Yourself For Long Term Wealth Building And Success | Kelly Resendez

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, our guest is a superwoman, Kelly Resendez who shares knowledge and tips on how to balance all areas of your life, the formula of energy management, how to stay focus when you’re off track, some parenting advice and objectives, why should men uplift women empowerment, and how to open up the flow of opportunity! Kelly is an EVP of Talent Acquisition and Development, a Loanpal, a Founder, Speaker at her two companies Big Voices Rise and FTSS, where she also offers training and coaching and to help struggling salespeople and leaders that wanted not only to increase their success but also have balance and fun doing it. Kelly is the author of the best-selling book Big Voices and Foundation to Sustainable Success. She uses the concepts of mindfulness, self-discovery and goal setting to help their team achieve the company’s objectives and runs its Women’s Mentoring Program. Kelly is very fortunate to have badass parents who are both entrepreneurs and real estate investors. At an early age, she got into the mortgage industry, became a top 1% loan officer but wasn’t connected to the work on the deeper level. Kelly was losing all her energy as she was working all day & serving the real estate community. Those were the commission days and ‘Achiever Space’ which her fuel is an achievement, crushing anyone's standards but miserable inside. But then ever since, Kelly had this calling to make a massive impact in the world. Until in 2011, she decided to take a leap and go into more executive leadership to have the capacity to make a change in an organization. She applied the things she learned in personal growth and development, from the ‘achiever space’ to the mortgage industry. As a loan officer, she mastered the fear of rejection. Create a vision for the life she wants to feel, create and maintain the right mindset, take action and manage her energy around it. On the other side, Kelly makes a point to be a little bit aware of what’s going on in your world. Know your priorities first and build your life around that. Figure out what your formula is, & own it because you did it and it didn’t come in naturally. In addition, surrender and just acknowledge good and focus on it consistently. Choose not to focus on negative things. Instead of beating yourself for getting off track, don’t pay attention to it but find ways on how to combat it to make a positive world, learn and grow from it, and plan what you are going to do next. In short, pull opportunities of growth out of failures. Also, Kelly believed that we need men and women to work together to give huge impact in the world. Currently, she is a catalyst for changing a lot of mindsets and working out to co-create this new level of joy, success, prosperity, and abundance. Lastly, Kelly describes how the GoBundance community and other tribes have helped her to stay focused on her goals, have the right mindset, create the strategies and tools that she shares and make a huge impact on the world.
