Lexi's Story
I am joined by an incredible young woman, Lexi. She is very open about her journey of self harm, feelings of shame and isolation which led her down the path of alcohol and drugs. Even in recovery she had to face an awful challenge when a very close partner passed away. This is a strong young woman and I am grateful to have her join me on the show and speak so openly about her story.
"The worst thing in my entire life happened in sobriety but through sobriety I was able to stay alive" - Lexi

Recovery Centre in Mexico
I had the opportunity to travel down to visit my good friend Rafael in Mexico. Rafael has been building a recovery centre for the last few years and I wanted to head down and help as best I could. It was an amazing trip to see the changes and progress since I was last there a few years ago.
