To help take stock of India's pandemic strategy, Srinath Raghavan speaks to K. Sujatha Rao. Srinath Raghavan speaks to Maja Daruwala, chief editor of the India Justice Report—a first-of-its-kind study— which assesses the state capacity of India’s police force and identifies key areas where reforms are most urgent.
