Our guest John Fedro is a real estate investor who has been investing in mobile homes for the last 15 years and he is going to teach us what he has learned from all of his experience.   At the age of 20, John made his first purchase as a mobile home investor after using every ounce of savings that he had at the time. He hasn't looked back since and in addition to creating his own cash flowing portfolio of mobile homes, he's helped countless others do the same.  At first, he was embarrassed to tell his real estate investor friends what he was doing, but as he got the hang of the process those same friends ended up giving him more mobile home leads.
