Leslie Manookian | Health Freedom: Your Bodily Autonomy, Informed Consent & How Your Choices Are Censored
We get to rebuild the world that we want to live in and we will. We'll start by doing that in our own communities. How much do you know about health freedom laws? Do you know what medical providers and government officials are allowed and not allowed to do when it comes to bodily autonomy? Leslie Manookian returns this week to share how the Health Freedom Defense Fund is helping people all across the nation. Their 100% Grass Fed Beef Sticks are unlike anything else on the market. In fact, they were recently voted in Paleo Magazine as one of the top snacks of the year. The reason is that they are committed to making the highest quality, clean products that are free from problematic ingredients. Their beef comes from 100% grass fed cows raised entirely on natural grass pastures by family farmers right here in the USA. As a result they are healthy and happy. PaleoValley's Pasture-Raised Turkey Sticks Paleovalley Pasture-Raised Turkey Sticks were created to make healthy snacking easier. Their turkey sticks are made from turkeys who are allowed to live as nature intended... on organic grass pastures with plenty of sunshine, fresh air and room to exercise. The result of raising turkeys in such a natural way is a much healthier, clean protein with higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and omega-3s. Unfortunately, virtually all turkey in the USA is conventionally raised with a small portion being "free range" – a virtually meaningless term that simply means the turkeys were allowed access to the outdoors. However, most "free range" turkeys only have access to an outdoor dirt field with no pasture in sight. Their truly pasture-raised turkeys are given full access to outdoor, pesticide-free pasture with plenty of grass and insects for them to nibble on. How we can begin rebuilding the world that we want to live in by starting with our own local communities with a positive vision. What wellness means to her now compared to when Josh interviewed her in 2020. Why the mass resignation is a sign that people are waking up and they don't want to be mindless robots, they want to do something that empowers them and serves their inner purpose. Power Quotes From The Show The Ongoing Spiritual War "We are in a spiritual and informational war; it's just that most people don't realize it because no shots have been fired in this country. The spiritual war is between those who believe that you're nothing more than a bag of bones and those who believe, like you and I do, that we're much greater, more powerful, and more important beings than that. I personally believe that we are individual points of consciousness; spiritual beings having a physical experience here on this planet." - Leslie Manookian Globalism is the Problem, Localism is the Solution "We have to lead with love. My new mantra is, 'Globalism is the problem, localism is the solution.' When I say that, what I mean is that we need to come together and build, strengthen, fortify, and reclaim our communities. We must reclaim them from the powers that are trying to centralize them under a one world's government. That means doing everything you can to develop a local food system, a true healthcare - not sickcare - system, and even create a local currency." - Leslie Manookian How to Live Life Well in 2022 "Part of our modern-day crisis is that people are waking up and realizing that maybe they're not happy with what they're doing with their lives. They don't want to be mindless robots; they want to be something else and I think that is really critical. You have to do something that actually fulfills and inspires you; I don't think you can be well unless you are doing that. Second, I think you have to keep working on yourself; whether it's your anxiety or your anger to the point that you recognize your behavior patterns and take action to change. Lastly; you have to have community. You need that support system when you face events like the ones since 2020." - Leslie Manookian Links From Today's Show CV 19 Truth Series: Protecting Your Health Freedom Health Freedom Defense Fund Grand Jury Day Five with Leslie Manookian Health Freedom Defense Fund Interviews 344 Leslie Manookian: CV 19 - The Truth About Flattening The Curve Vaccines Are They Really Safe and Effective? by Neil Z. Robert Breedlove | Blockchain Wellness: Bitcoin Cryptocurrency For Your Freedom, Health & Vitality
Bitcoin is this pattern of pure honesty; there is nothing hidden. It's an open-sourced code and it's definable so that no matter which way you look at it, you see it in its totality. If money is such an important pattern for the human species, doesn't it make sense that an honest, truthful, sincere pattern like that would resonate with us? In the same way that fiat currency corrupted our character and our souls, doesn't it make sense that this un-incorruptible money would cleanse us of that? - Robert Breedlove Are You Stressed Out Lately? Our culture of fiat currency and how it impacts our entire life. The element of fear that exists within us because of fiat. Why political power and authority are also expressions of fear. Discussing why political leaders need to allow adults to choose what's best for them rather than try to control their actions. [14:30] Where Did We Go Wrong with Money & Trade? What happened to humanity to go from trading with one another to being controlled by fiat. Why humans are so much more than a cog in the machine. Breaking down stateism and how it can ultimately be a form of slavery. Dunbar's Number Exploring the history of taxes and why it's basically theft and a violation of your assets. Murray Rothbard How taxes classify into two groups: People who benefit and people who do not. Breaking down our state's security system and how we outsource it. [27:00] The Psychological Wounding of Taxes Exploring the psychological wounding that happens because of taxes. How we can transcend this money wounding with digital currency. Why gold is such a valuable asset both in the past and now. The fact that governments still demand gold from other countries. Issues about gold and the fact that it doesn't work for day-to-day transactions. Breaking down the history of the US dollar, the economic impact of WW1 and WW2, Nixon's administration, and the Gold Standard. The various fiat currency experiments humanity has witnessed and what makes this one stand out. [40:30] Blockchain & Healing The Money Wound Exploring what money really is in our world and what purpose it serves us. Why we can see money as energy that is transferred; never destroyed. The fact that there is no security system for fiat but there is for gold. Breaking down inflation and why it can be seen as legalized counterfeiting. The Sovereign Individual: Mastering the Transition to the Information Age by James Dale Davidson How digital currency could bring us greater peace compared to our current fiat economy but we don't know how that can happen yet. His definition of wellness and money's connection to it. Robert's own personal transformation over the years. John Vallis How bitcoin is helping people achieve greater personal transformation. Power Quotes From The Show The Integrity of Money & Blockchain "If the integrity of money is a core contributor to the integrity of civilization, that is one useful way to look at the value of bitcoin. We have for the first time in history, a perfectly predictable money. It's a fixed supply of 21 million; no one can change it and no political force can do anything about it. No government can outlaw it, sanction it, or seize it. If it's custodied properly, it cannot be seized and that is very important. If it cannot be inflated that's very important. Bitcoin is the first property right that is independent." - Robert Breedlove What is Money? "Money is a device for expressing value across spacetime. Gold was great for expressing value across time, but not space. Currency is great for expressing value across space, but not time. Bitcoin is the only money optimized for the expression of value across both space and time." - Robert Breedlove How Fiat Currency Controls Us "Fiat currency is about control. It's about wanting to project a mental model onto the world and wanting everyone to be a chess piece in that mental model so you can be moved around like a cog in a machine. Humans are not cogs in a machine; we're dynamic, complex self-sovereign systems. To try and reduce someone to a piece on a chessboard just doesn't work. This idea of control has been with us forever and we've been wrestling with this as a species since the beginning of time." - Robert Breedlove Links From Today's Show Parallax Digital The "What is Money?" To this end, Robert's mission is to restore freedom, truth, and virtue in our world by tenaciously asking the question: "What is Money?"

God is creativity and as artists, we are the midwives of creativity. We give birth to sources and ideas on this planet." - Nick Onken Inner Work for Greater Creativity "As an artist, the more work I do on myself, the greater shift I see in the art that I create. I took a lot from MITT but left behind whatever didn't serve me and that experience created a huge shift for me; from there I launched my podcast and started to build myself back up." - Nick Onken Ego vs Service Driven "Once you start getting external validation, the ego comes in; it's like the snake eating its own tail analogy. You have to stop it, shred that skin, and go back into a service state. Even still for me, that is something that challenges me and it's a constant balance. I try to come from a place of having a service intention and allow that to fill me up rather than get caught up in needing to be acknowledged and honored for this work. Every day I have a grounding practice that helps me live in a more service-oriented state of being." - Nick Onken Links From Today's Show Creative Identity Quiz Onken Radio Alan Watts The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss Mastery in Transformational Training with Lewis Howes Vipassana Meditation – A Spartan Race For The Mind Russell Brand Jeff Krasno from Commune Podcast Identity Alchemy: What I Learned From My First Big Photo Job Official Trailer | The Secret Life of Walter Mitty The Art of the Start 2.0 by Guy Kawasaki Onken Hat The Identity Alchemy of Losing My Religion One Of The Greatest Battles Of The Heart-Centered Entrepreneur and Building A Personal Brand Shop the Wellness Force Store breathwork.io Paleovalley – Save 15% on your ACV Complex with the code ‘JOSH' Seeking Health - Save 10% with the code 'JOSH' Organifi – Special 20% off to our listeners with the code ‘WELLNESSFORCE' Drink LMNT – Zero Sugar Hydration: Get your free LMNT Sample Pack, you only cover the cost of shipping Botanic Tonics – Save 40% when you use the code ‘WELLNESS40' Essential Oil Wizardry: Save 10% with the code 'WELLNESSFORCE' Cured Nutrition – Get 15% off of your order when you visit wellnessforce.com/cured + use the code ‘WELLNESSFORCE' M21 Wellness Guide Wellness Force Community Leave Wellness Force a review on iTunes Nick Onken Instagram YouTube Twitter Facebook Pinterest About Nick Onken Nick Onken is a world-renowned photographer, host of Onken Radio and creative entrepreneur devoted to inspiring the world to create their moments. Brian Sanders | Food Lies: New Science That's Changing Everything, Misconceptions of Our Ancestors & Why Scientists Are Paid For False Studies
Part of the biggest problem of these processed foods is that they're sold to you as health foods so you don't think that they're bad for you but they are, right? Some people who have poor health are very overweight and they know it but they're like, 'Yeah but I love Popeye's and I eat fried chicken all the time and that's my thing.' That wasn't the case with my parents. Like them, you think that you're doing the right thing by following the government's food pyramid but you're not and the nutrition changes you can make are actually pretty simple and straightforward. - Brian Sanders Are You Stressed Out Lately? Is your body crying out for new nutrition but you're not sure why? Listen as Brian shares why your intuitive food mechanism has been blunted on purpose by the government's food pyramid guidelines and the billions of dollars that are spent by big food corporations to take over your biology. Shop the BEST Organic Snacks at PaleoValley Save 15% with the code 'JOSH' PaleoValley's 100% Grass-Fed Beef Sticks Paleovalley 100% Grass Fed Beef Sticks are the only beef sticks in the USA made from 100% grass fed/grass finished beef and organic spices that are naturally fermented. Why it is possible for us to eat better; we just have to make the choice to change our lifestyles and shift what we use our money for each day. Brian's definition of wellness and why you cannot cheat nature. Power Quotes From The Show You Can't Cheat Nature "People are looking for a hack or to cheat nature; you can cheat nature in other ways like flying a plane but you cannot cheat your way to better health. You can't just take a pill that will make you feel like you slept for 8 hours when you really only did 3 hours. It doesn't work like that - just the same, something like fake Beyond Meat is never going to be as good as real meat." - Brian Sanders The First Step of Your New Health Identity "You have to value your wellness first to really begin to navigate your new health identity. You need to understand how valuable what you eat is and that if you do this, you will have long-term health. That is step 1. If you know enough about this, you study it and believe it enough to say to yourself, 'I will not die of Alzheimer's or cancer or heart disease and I want to live as long as I can, I need to eat better.' Then you've set in motion your desire to eat more whole foods and get rid of anything with sugar, flour, and seed oils." - Brian Sanders The Unfair Demonization of Meat "Let's not get stuck in a food camp and sometimes we're actually fighting the wrong battle. Take meat for example; it has been unfairly demonized for so long but the real enemy is processed foods: sugar, flour, and seed oils make up about 80% of the grocery store in different versions put together with different flavorings and combinations. When we look at food instincts and intuitive eating; what did we eat for all of history? We didn't have the sugar, flour, and seed oils - we had the meat and we were eating fish, eggs, and any other fruits and vegetables that we could find and that's it; it's the simplest diet ever. - Brian Sanders Links From Today's Show Sapien Peak Human Podcast Nose to Tail 112 Mark Sisson Chris Masterjohn PhD 357 Robb Wolf | Sacred Cow: The Case for (Better) Meat Diana Rogers, RD Joe Rogan: Diana Rogers and Robb Wolf | The Corporatization of Food Dr. Ted Naiman The Dorito Effect by Mark Schatzker 129 Gretchen Rubin 362 Zach Bush MD: Saving The Soil, Saving Humanity 365 Dr. Paul Saladino | Your Guide To The Carnivore Diet: The Myths of Eating Meat & Plants Barilla's message to America: Pasta is healthy Sourdough - Bill Schindler's How It's Made - Canola Oil Dr. Chris Knobbe Patreon | Peak Human Shop the Wellness Force Store breathwork.io Paleovalley – Save 15% on your ACV Complex with the code ‘JOSH' Seeking Health - Save 10% with the code 'JOSH' Organifi – Special 20% off to our listeners with the code ‘WELLNESSFORCE' Drink LMNT – Zero Sugar Hydration: Get your free LMNT Sample Pack, you only cover the cost of shipping Botanic Tonics – Save 40% when you use the code ‘WELLNESS40' Essential Oil Wizardry: Save 10% with the code 'WELLNESSFORCE' Cured Nutrition – Get 15% off of your order when you visit wellnessforce.com/cured + use the code ‘WELLNESSFORCE' M21 Wellness Guide Wellness Force Community Leave Wellness Force a review on iTunes Brian Sanders Instagram Twitter Food Lies Film Instagram Facebook YouTube About Brian Sanders Brian Sanders quit his job and dedicated his life to studying health and nutrition. He is trying his best to be unbiased and to simplify the conflicting advice out there and distill down concepts into something anyone can understand. Brian is not a doctor or nutritionist. He is a mechanical engineer and he lost both of his parents to chronic disease and has set off on his own path for the last 4 years to study this topic and make sure he doesn’t fall to the same fate. His role is the curator, the communicator. He has interviewed over 100 of the top scientists, doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, and other health professionals and has come to find some simple truths that he’d like to share. A lot of this will be presented in the feature length documentary called Food Lies, but it’s not all about the film. He is spreading this information to the public anyway he can. Not only has he created the Peak Human podcast, he posts daily ideas and information on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, and soon to he'll be doing more videos on youtube. The bigger goal is to change the way we do healthcare. That's why he started the parent company of these projects called SAPIEN (http://sapien.org). They are building technology to help doctors, health coaches, and patients communicate more effectively and reverse chronic diseases.

Khalil Rafati | From Homeless To Limitless: One Man's Spiritual Journey of Learned Helplessness to Powerful Humility
You get taught that you are something but the truth is, it's not true and it's just a story. It could be a story that people told to you and then you start telling that story enough to yourself until you get to this place where you truly believe, 'That's it for me.' That's not it; it's false. At any moment, you can be in so much pain that you can literally change in an instant. You can turn and pivot and go in another direction. - Khalil Rafati Are You Stressed Out Lately? Khalil's own self-awareness about what he posts on Instagram and how that impacts him and those who follow his feed. Power Quotes From The Show What Pain Has Personally Taught Khalil "In my life, pain truly is the touchstone of all spiritual growth. I personally cannot find the humility or the intelligence or the inspiration to have great breakthroughs; I'm just not wired like that. I have to fall down flat on my face or mess up in order to grow, succeed, and have that humility. Other people do not have to experience rock bottom like I did to do the inner work and begin healing but that was and still is my wellness journey." - Khalil Rafati Become the Author of Your Own Story "At a certain point in your life, you cannot rely on your parents anymore. You have to live in sovereignty and take full responsibility for everything that is going on in your life whether it's good or bad. You have to realize that you are the author of your own book of life. What assets you can consider investing in now besides real estate and land. Why cash flow is king and it doesn't matter at all if you're a millionaire. Jordan Peterson Power Quotes From The Show What Being 'Wealthy' Really Means "I see wealth in a different way and for most people when they hear the word, 'wealthy,' they think about money. Money is a component of being wealthy but it's much greater than that. I know a lot of people who have money but their physical health is horrible and they can't really do a lot; they're on a trajectory that's going to be a short life. Or they have bad relationships with the people that they love the most because they prioritize work or money over those connections. To me, that's just being out of alignment. It's incongruent with who I am and what I want out of life if other areas aren't doing well. So, to be a Lifestyle Investor is to put your life and your values first and live in accordance with them." - Justin Donald The Benefits of Financial Discipline "The discipline of saving and investing money in itself is going to be a fruitful return. So, even if it's not yielding a lot in the moment - if you can put money aside that you don't spend today that can earn you money tomorrow, that in itself is going to set people up for a lot of success. It sets them up for a lot of success because most likely people are going to make more money every year. At some point, people might have a big jump but over time most people are going to continue to make a little more. Any way you strike it, having some sort of discipline in saving money is great." - Justin Donald Healing Your Money Wound(s) "The beliefs that people have around money are going to most certainly impact their ability to build their financial wealth. In my own experience and those in my network, many people's beliefs around money and saving are borrowed from someone else such as a parent or caregiver because they projected a certain idea and then that was implanted as a fact in someone's mind instead of doing their own homework or coming up with their own beliefs. Often if those beliefs are disempowering then self-sabotage ultimately kicks in. I know a lot of people who have a hard time keeping money and building wealth because of their mindset and beliefs around it but one shift in mindset will change the game." - Justin Donald Links From Today's Show The Lifestyle Investor Masterclass Become a LIFESTYLE INVESTOR TODAY!

Josh Trent | Death & Rebirth: Why I'm Saying Goodbye to Wellness Force...
The reason that the Wellness Force podcast is dying and Wellness + Wisdom is being birthed is because I have gone through a cycle of death and rebirth myself, the old version. I know all the parents can relate or for any of us that have gone through an identity shift or a shift of what you really love, what you really care about. It can be so hard to let go of what was, it could be so hard to let go of how things used to be, how things used to serve you... ...But if I, if we are willing to have the courage to let go and stop the white-knuckling and stop the forcing and stop paddling upstream, trying to make something happen because we want it to be the same, but it's just not the same anymore. This is Josh Trent. And today I'm at peace. I'm excited with letting this podcast die. I know many of you have been with me since 2015. When I started this podcast in a spare bedroom, I was renting from a friend after I had put my mom in a mental home, ended a relationship and gotten fired from a corporate job that was making me commit spiritual suicide and just like anything in life. All good things. All great things come to an end, but listen, the great news, the good news. The amazing news is that yes, the Wellness Force podcast has officially died today. We put it to rest 2-22-22 on this day. And the reason I'm letting the old name rest in peace is because that represented a man. [01:03] The Birth of Wellness + Wisdom I no longer am. And it's my intention with this solo cast to share with you the wisdom about death and rebirth about creation and about letting go and to share some wisdom that I've learned along the way in these last seven plus years and almost 500 interviews about the most thing in life. And that is honesty and truth, honesty, and truth. That's what I'm gonna share with you today about why Wellness Force is going to die. And in its place, the seeds that were planted, which I'm so excited about over a year ago, have yielded a new crop of wisdom, a new podcast with my heart and soul connecting with your heart and soul. This new name of the podcast. We are shifting from Wellness Force to Wellness + Wisdom. Here's why. I am now a father. I'm gonna be 42 years old this year. [02:01] My Own Rebirth And just like you, what me in the past, my way of being who I was as a human being, as a man, as this soul, as a human it's changed so much has changed. And so the reason that Wellness Force podcast is dying and Wellness + Wisdom is being birthed is because I have gone through a cycle of death and rebirth myself, the old version. I know all the parents can relate or for any of us that have gone through an identity shift or a shift of what you really love, what you really care about. It can be so hard to let go of what was, it could be so hard to let go of how things used to be, how things used to serve you. But if I, if we are willing to have the courage to let go and stop the white knuckling and stop the forcing and stop paddling upstream, trying to make something happen because we want it to be the same, but it's just not the same anymore. The biggest piece of wisdom we can do and we can access is to take a big deep breath. [03:14] My Own Wellness Journey So today I'm gonna unpack, and I'm gonna share with you my journey, if you've been with me for the past seven years, or if you're coming right here to Wellness + Wisdom, it feels great to say that it feels so good to say that I've been thinking about this. I've been, I've been ruminating on this. If you're here with us, for the Wellness + Wisdom podcast, formally known as Wellness Force, I'm gonna share with you some unique wisdom that I've learned. And I really you feel like by the end of this solo cast, this episode, you are going to take home to your relationships, to your partner, to your life, a unique blend of wisdom and practical knowledge that you can put to use right away. So let's dig in. You know, when I started the show, I was in a play of force. And if you look at the etymology of the word force, the word force is much different than power. [4:08] Power Can Be Trusted For example, a black stallion running in nature. That's a force, that's a force of wellness, a tornado, a tsunami, a earthquake. These are all forces of nature. These are all forces of earth forces of, of nature that really we could never contend with because they can't be trusted. So in other words, force cannot always be trusted, but power can be trusted. A link in the show notes, a book from Dr. David R. Hawkins called Power versus Force. And in this, he describes the difference between force and power force is something that yes, we can tap into and harness for a time, but power true power comes from peace. And we know this because whenever we're trying to control someone else or take over someone else's responsibilities or take over someone else's life or quote, be in control, which controls an illusion. We know that that type of power isn't really power it's force. [05:12] Power vs Force When you take someone by force, when you access a force of nature, it's totally different and it's not as trustable, but here's the wisdom. Here's the wisdom I can share with you today about why I'm making this shift and how this is me in the public spotlight for you to see for you to witness that it's completely beautiful for you right now on 2-22-22: to let go of something that is cutting off your life, energy, something that you yourself are, we're seeing it's time to let it go. And for me, I know that when I am powerful, it's coming from a place of peace and that power can be trusted because when I do things from a place of peace, or when I do things from a place of love, I am pulled into them. And this is the dichotomy that we are learning on this podcast from this day forward. [6:04] Life's Incredible Surprises And we always have formally known as Wellness Force today, moving forward on 2-22-22 as Wellness + Wisdom, we know that the best things in life come sometimes when we're not expecting them, not when we're forcing them, not when we're trying to control them. And this was me in 2015, I was scrapping. I was coming from scarcity. I was doing the absolute best I could. And I looked back on myself at 35 with deep, deep compassion. My heart actually, I, I can feel an emotion deep in my heart right now, as I speak here, sit here, be here with you. And there's a gratitude for that because what I experienced in 2015, when I was fired from a job was both terror and liberation at the same time, can you relate if you've ever been fired, or if you deepen your heart, want to be fired from the job that you're in, or you want to be fired from the relationship you're in, or you, you wanna just let go of something, but there's something inside of you that just can't understand how to do it. [07:13] Healing Emotional and Spiritual Wounds This is what I've learned. This is the big piece. You cannot solve an emotional, spiritual per problem or issue with the intellect or the ego. And just let that land for a second. You cannot solve an emotional or spiritual issue or mal with the mind with the ego, the only way you solve or come to learning and have wisdom from an emotional or spirit issue is by taking the time to breathe, to drop in and to ask yourself three big questions. And this is exactly where I'm at in sharing my journey with you being here as a father, shifting the podcast from wellness force to Wellness + Wisdom. It is this. When I achieve things, when I do things, my way of being, however, I operate in this world. If I do it from a lens of three, like a child, looking into a kaleidoscope, I'm going to be successful, but even more important, I am going to enjoy the journey to get there. [08:17] Everything Happens For Us Here's what I mean, everything that happens for us, it either happens for us. So to us. And we know that on some level, especially if you've read Joe Dispenza's work, or if you've listened to any of the hundreds and hundreds of podcasts that we've done, you know, that it's so easy to intellectualize healing. It's so easy to intellectualize our path in this world because the mind is a really, really good aggregate of information and knowledge. But here's the thing. The mind can't help you when it's a matter of the heart, the mind can't help you when it's a matter of the soul. So how do we congregate? How do we connect the intellect, the ego, the heart, where we experience emotions and the soul, which is you, me, the soul. They'll never be another you in this world. Isn't that beautiful. They'll never be another me in this world, but how do we do this? [09:12] (EI²)™ How do we connect and live and be in communion and in harmony and learn wisdom from all three? Well, today I bring the wisdom to you when we experience life. When we live our life, when we have learning lessons, when we have conflict, when we experience anything at all that allows us to evolve and be a better human, we can do it in this way. And I call this something very, very special. This is the (EI²)™. This is the emotional intelligence squared, (EI²)™ has nothing to do with just the mind. It has everything to do with the three pieces that I've discussed. And you can tap right here, wherever you're watching you look at the blog post or the show notes. And, and you'll have some visuals to see what's going on, but it is this. I experience something. Let's say it's a fight with a partner. [10:06] Why the Ego is Our Amigo And I ask myself from a place of wisdom, parenting myself, what am I experiencing in my ego right now? What am I experiencing in my mind? Because the mind the ego is our amigo. It is a friend. I don't believe in Ryan Holiday's "The ego's the enemigo." What I think is when we open up our consciousness and we look at ourselves from 30,000 feet above the world, the earth, the most important thing that we can learn is that none of these energies are wisdom and our connection to God, higher power through our soul, the way that we experience sadness, anger, fear, joy, all these things in our heart, energy and emotion, emotion, and the combination of what's going on in our mind from the intellect or from the ego. These things need to be in harmony because in ego, a heart and a soul and harmony, that is what creates integration. [10:58] What Is True Embodiment? That is true embodiment. That is true integration. And I've talked about this on the podcast four years, and this is my journey. This is our journey together. It is this arc of wellness that we're all walking, the arc of wellness states that we gather we apply. And then we embody. So this is big gather application and embodiment. When we gather, we are listening to podcasts, we are reading books. We are reading more books. We are taking seminars, we're going out, we're doing things. And then this is the part where most people slip off on the arc of wellness is instead of actually applying the not and applying what they've learned, they stop because there's a lack of self love. There. A lack of self-belief a lack of self-awareness and they go back, they go back to more application. I need to get another certification. I need to get more training. [11:55] Embodying Wellness I need to get a PhD. You can be a PhD and be an alcoholic just because you have education, just because you have information and knowledge does not mean you are wise, and you can only have wisdom. When you have the courage to look within yourself and feel what is out of alignment. What do you believe to not be true about yourself? What do you believe that you're not capable of? These are the things that block people and really that blocked me for so many years of full wellness, full integration of wellness. And that is I gather I apply, which is the big one. And I embody, and you know this, right? You know, when you're around somebody that embodies wellness or embodies truth or embodies courage or embodies freedom, because you can just feel it from them. You don't need an example. No need to have a conversation or explain to yourself why this person's great, why you can trust them. [12:54] Wellness is a Pentagon You just know. And it's that inner knowing that I have developed and that I am going to be sharing more and more and more with you on this podcast, this Wellness + Wisdom podcast, which I'm so excited about. I'm like, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my chest. Here's the no knowledge. Here's the wisdom. The knowledge is that you have everything you need inside of you right now to be fully, fully vibrant and love yourself and believe in yourself and have abundance in health, wealth relationships, and see the quadrant of wellness. Now as a Pentagon, where before you might have been focused on mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, but now, now you realize that the quadrant is actually a Pentagon. Yes. To be here on planet earth is to be mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually sound fulfilled. But also in order to create the container to, to be that, to do that, you have to have financial intelligence, financial wealth, and to embody financial wealth. [13:58] The Power of Breath There is a separate learning curve than in that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. So let's pause there and let's do a deep breath together. And when you do this, I want you to put your hand in your heart, hand in your stomach, close your eyes, fill your nose with rich air and fill a balloon behind your belly button. We're gonna do it twice together. Just let this integrate what we've shared today. What what's been transmitted. And I say that not in a woo spiritual way, but truly it's been transmitted. I don't, I don't exactly know where I get things from. Sometimes they come through and I hear that a lot in the spiritual world, like, oh, this is a, uh, cosmic download. And I'm just like, you're full of, but truly I understand where that comes from now. So let's do this. Let, what has been said and what has been shared and what has been transmitted. Let integrate into your cells in two deep breaths, close your eyes, fill your nose with rich air and a belly behind your balloon and a balloon behind your belly. One more. [15:10] Truly Live by Knowing Death It is on the edge of death that we know how to live. It is by knowing death that we can truly live. And this is not something that I read in a book. It's something that I feel today. It's something that I know is true. So let me go back, let me go back and talk to you about the integration, the real way that I, and you and we are gonna be moving forward in 2022, starting today, 2 22 22, this lens of three, this (EI²)™, this emotional intelligence squared comes from these three lenses. These three lenses remind us of death. They remind us of love. They remind us of everything. That's most important. Let's go through an example here. So you're in a relationship. You're in a marriage, you're having an experience and your partner says something like this to you. You always say that you always do that to me. I hate it. When you do that to me now, depending on your level of process trauma or unprocessed trauma, you might have a catecholamine response in your body and you might immediately shout at them, but the wise woman, the wise man, will do something different. First of all, they'll take a breath. [16:27] The BREATHE: Breath and Wellness Program To shift their vagus over to parasympathetic. And that vagus tone, that vagul nerve is the part of our body that we access in the BREATHE: Breath and Wellness program. You can find that at breathwork.io, which by the way, so many exciting things happening to the BREATHE program and breathwork.io. So go there. If you have been craving the breath, craving how to educate and embody the breath, but let's go back to the example. You take a breath, you look at partner in the eyes and you say, wow, that really hurt or ouch. That's a good one. And from that space, you then say, you know, I'm experiencing a lot right now. Ask for permission, you say, can I share, can I share what I'm experiencing right now? And if your partner cares about you, or if they're in a place to do so, they'll say yes. [17:16] Healing with Your Partner Here's where you apply the I to the (EI²)™ - You say my love, my partner, my person, my ego right now, my intellect, my ego is shouting at me. And it's telling me that I gotta get away from you. That I don't really love you, that nothing is ever gonna work out. And it's bringing up a lot of crunchiness for me. It's making me feel, ah, the second lens. And that is sadness. It's making me feel sad. So we describe what is going on in the ego, in the intellect to our partner, to, to reference that, to make that real and let it be known. And then we go right to the heart. And the wisdom of the heart is the antidote to the intellect. Because when I'm sharing my wisdom from the heart, the intellect has nowhere to hide. And so I share with my partner, I'm sad right now. [18:07] Healing Generational Trauma I love you. And it really hurts when you say that to me, I'm experiencing a lot of sadness. Then from those two things, when you start with the ego in the mind and you bring light to it and you share from the wisdom of the heart and you bring light to it, then you can really have the most potent wisdom from the soul. And remember, our soul is a connection to God, not a beard of dude in the sky, but a loving, omnipresent energy that guides and loves all things. So my soul's wisdom in this moment could say, I'm experiencing this because of epigenetic transfer of pain. I learned it from mom, dad, grandpa, grandma. My partner is exhibiting characteristics of their genetic pain of their family, constellation pain. And you could have that wisdom that you share with your partner, or you could say, I love you. [18:59] The Soul's Wisdom And I know that my ego's screaming at me to get away from you and that this is wrong. That this hurts. And my heart is telling me I'm sad and it's giving me this wisdom, but my soul knows my soul knows. This is just an opportunity where need to test me because you need to know that you're safe and you are safe. I love you. And this hurts, please don't test me in this way. You can trust me. I'm here for you. And the wisdom of my soul is sharing with me that I must have in order to have wisdom, you must have challenges in order to have wisdom, you must have problems to solve you to have thresholds to cross. So in this moment with my partner, as an example, the wisdom that is being shared is the wisdom of the heart, the screaming of the intellect and the ego and the ultimate wisdom that we can connect to from our soul, because God is never, ever, ever going to give us anything that we cannot handle. [19:52] Your Life's Plan And I'm sure you've read that in a book or heard it in a soliloquy or some kind of a social media text, but you know, on a very deep level, that in those moments, when your ego screaming, when your physicality has taken over, you're flooded with, uh, neuro or nephron and you're flooded with cortisol. You know, that it is in the, those moments that you can choose. And it's written on my arm. It's what we stand for with Wellness Force media. This podcast, this Wellness + Wisdom podcast brought to you by Wellness Force Media...Wellness Force Media holds the energy of the Wellness + Wisdom podcast. It holds the energy of civilizedcaveman.com, where you can get resources for paleo and keto and personal development. And in this umbrella, in this understanding of wellness and force, and really knowing the myself, that's truly what this is all about. [20:51] The Wisdom of the Heart There is some wisdom that we can pull from, and that wisdom doesn't necessarily come from me. I just reflect it back to you because you already have the knowledge inside of you. Anyways. In other words, all you and I are doing with this podcast, with our lives, as we are removing the debris, and we are getting rid of the crud that is already blocking us, and that has been blocking us. And that when we remove that blockage, what's inside truly, truly shines. And you know this on some level, cuz when I'm speaking to you, when I'm with you right now, there is a part of you that understands saying is true, but the mind is gonna come in and the mind is gonna say whatever it says. So we go back to I two, we go back to (EI²)™. What is the wisdom of the heart? [21:38] Our Connection with God What is the shouting of the mind and what is the wisdom of the soul that is essentially connected to a very high part of ourselves. That is God. And that is the observer. I mentioned it earlier. There's a child holding a kaleidoscope, right? And you know this, you ever look through a kaleidoscope, you look through one lens and inside of the kaleidoscope, there's multiple lenses. Well the kaleidoscope of your life is your observer looking down at you. You can look Eckhart Tolle's work. You can look at Rupert Sheldrake's work. You can look at Paul Chek's work. Look at anyone's work. That is really desiring a connection with God. Because in this connection with God, we have that observer effect. We can really see down and see into what we're experiencing. And so if I'm looking at life, if I'm experiencing life through those three lenses is in (EI²)™. [22:30] Your Life's Path I have my mind, I have my heart and I have my soul and the mind, the heart and the soul are connected to that one singular lens that is looking down, loving me, watching me, experiencing me, learn and have wisdom and be that embodied wisdom. That is what this path is always been for me. I just didn't know it. That's why, that's why it's so amazing to share this with you today. I didn't know when I started that this would ever be just like you. Whenever you start something, you have no idea where it's gonna go. You have no idea what it's gonna expand into. And this is what I'll leave you with today. As you go into your life from this day forward 2 22, 22, let your commitment, let your desire, let your loving heart guide you in this world. Let your loving heart guide you in this world. [23:31] The Lens of Truth And when your heart is broken, when your heart is challenged, let yourself cry, let yourself feel. Let yourself be vulnerable to someone that you trust. And I want you to know, you can always trust me here at Wellness + Wisdom because that lens of truth that I'm gonna share with you. It is the same lens of truth that I've always shared. But the difference is, as we say goodbye, and as we let Wellness Force die, what is being birthed is a new lens, a new way of being a new understanding of the power and the love and the sovereignty that I am and that you are, and that we are. And that is the kind of power that comes from peace. And that power can be trusted. I'm emotional right now. If you're watching me on YouTube, you can, you can see it in my eyes because there is a deep sadness that we die. [24:28] Meditating on Death to Help Us Live There is I used to be angry that we died, but now there's a sadness and in a beautiful way that that sadness where one day I won't ever get to hold my son again, I won't ever get to be with my woman. I won't ever get to be with my family. My friends, that sadness offers inside of it, a gem because if we didn't know death, then we wouldn't know life. If we didn't have dark, we wouldn't know light. It is this snake eating its tail that we're all living inside of. That is the wisdom being birthed right now in this moment with you and I. So in a way of being and in alignment with what we in this world, if we can meditate on death every day and know that one day we will die, that is going to make us live. [25:17] Pull Back the Curtain of Illusion That is going to make us love. That is going to make us reflect and pause and breathe and pull back the curtain of the illusion that you and I are separate that your skin color matters. Your sexual preference really matters. None of this matters. We are all projecting on each other's projections and the biggest gift. The most wisdom that I can leave you with here today is the wisdom of the heart. Let your heart guide you from this day forward 2 22, 22, we're gonna be having incredible programs this year, the Freedom Accelerator Mentorship. If you would like to work with me one on one, I only work with 14 to 16 people a year. So that's a very high value. Um, and it's not for everyone because it's for people that want to have mastery in these five quadrants, right? The physical, the emotional, the mental, the spiritual, the financial, if that resonates with you, reach out to me. [26:13] The Wellness Collective You can also go to our programs, page wellnessforce.com/programs. Also on that programs page, you can see our collective, the collective that I still haven't chosen the name for, but we're building it. Maybe you can help me - there is a link to a survey down here as well. And you can tell me what you would like to see what you would like to experience in how we can help you the most with this podcast, the Wellness + Wisdom podcast, because Wellness Force Media is gonna continue to grow. I have a lot of beautiful plans. I have a lot of great things coming, but they're all gonna come from that place of peace. That place of peace, where you can really trust the power that emanates from it. And so I'm super grateful for you. I'm grateful that you're here with me. I'm grateful for you being on the journey with me. [26:59] Thank You For Your Support! And I'm most grateful for you just being here, your time, your breath. It's the most valuable thing you have because every single breath you take and every single second you spend with anyone or anything, you can't ever get it back. So I'm so grateful for you. I'm so grateful for us being on this journey together and please let me know, let me know how we can support you. How can the Wellness + Wisdom podcast support you? How can Wellness Force Media support you? What do you need this year? Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, mental health, um, digestive issues. Spiritualities integration that needs to happen. Forgiveness, resentments. What are you dealing with? And on the other side, what makes you itch? As one of my deceased mentors, Alan Watts says if money was no option, and if you could do anything you wanted in the world, what would you do? [27:54] What Makes You Itch? What makes you itch? That's the kind of things that we're going deep into this year with all the programs, all the offerings and everything that I, and we are up to at wellness force.com/programs. I've got incredible love for you. I've got incredible respect for all of us who are dedicated to this path of wellness and until ICU again, on the Wellness + Wisdom podcast, until we dive into all things in the, in the Pentagon and the Pentagon of wellness from my heart to yours, this is Josh Trent saying, let's let something die. Let's let something be birthed. And let's be honest and vulnerable and authentic from our heart, from our ego and from our soul. So that the observer that's watching us and guiding us and loving us can truly be in communion from my heart to yours. Until I see you down the road on the episode, that's coming next for Wellness + Wisdom. I'm wishing you love and wellness. Links From Today's Show Power vs Force by David R.

Paul Check | All is God Power Quotes From The Show The Root of All Disease "All diseases are really rooted in one core issue which is an energetic, metabolic concern. It's the ability of the cell to derive energy from sugar and oxygen. This is either efficient or not efficient; when it's not efficient there is a lot of pollution that starts to accumulate within the body and inflames it. All forms of stress are basically going to relate to some sort of inflammation. There is a fingerprint of every type of stress and how it inflames the body and those are a set of cytokines. A sunburn will have a different of cytokines than COVID-19 or a parasite infection in your gut." - Dr. John Lieurance The Business Side of Sickare "Emergency medicine is a whole different deal; if I get a heart attack, I want to to go the hospital. However, if I have a chronic disease, I'm certainly not signing up to go on XYZ ten, twelve different medications for the rest of my life because it's not treating the problem. If you do that, you're basically just keeping the body in a chronic state of disease which brings us to look at the business side of sickcare. If companies are driven to come up with solutions for you that keep you in a chronic state of disease, they're not motivated to find solutions that will cure it because then they would lose the patient. There are dozens of great solutions that are being shelved because then they wouldn't make more money off of people. It's a crime." - Dr. John Lieurance Activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System "Your autonomic nervous system consists of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. We certainly don't need more of the sympathetic nervous system - this is your fight or flight zone and we've got enough stress already. What we really want and what we really need is more of our parasympathetic nervous system. This is the resting and digesting area but it is also the part of the nervous system that lights up when we feel more grounded and connected to Source. It helps you feel good and relaxed and experience bliss. We want to support that and when you use the ZEN nasal spray, it's a powerful activator to the vagus nerve which is the primary nerve that carries the parasympathetic nervous system. Like breathwork, it's a window to actually having some control over the autonomics." - Dr. John Lieurance Links From Today's Show MitoZen - Save 10% on your order with code 'WELLNESSFORCE'! Dr. John Gray | Wellness In Relationships: Testosterone, Estrogen, Semen Retention & Sexual Polarity
If a woman is stressed, holding space for her means hearing what she has to say and providing a particular kind of loving support. Once women are on their independent side, they tend to always see what's wrong with you which means they don't trust you which makes it even harder for them to go to their female side and share emotions in a more positive way. - Dr. John Gray Are You Stressed Out Lately? The power of meditation, why he meditates sometimes up to 6 hours a day, and the training he received as a monk. How breathwork has helped Josh become more centered in everyday events and conversations. Different experiences we go through in romantic relationships and why we may find ourselves triggered later on compared to the beginning stages. Why 90% of our triggers are often not caused by what happened to us today but trauma from the past that we still need to heal. The different personal growth processes that men and women go through in life. Exploring the different dynamics in our modern world for both partners working outside of the home. The fact that a man's testosterone level and a woman's estrogen levels will be extremely low when they are stressed compared to happy and feeling fulfilled. Why women's stress levels are on average twice as high as a man's when they're at work and that amount doubles when they're at home. What happens biologically with our hormones when we are triggered. How we might interpret things that bother us in a relationship to mean, "Oh, they must not love me." [24:00] Holding Space In Relationships How we can hold space for our partners especially when they're stressed and feel triggered. Why being in both our logical and emotional minds at the same time can lead to great happiness. How we start to lose our logic when we begin and stay in a negative thinking mindset. What to do and not to do when a female partner is upset. The power of listening and telling your partner, "Help me understand that better," when they're emotional and triggered. Why the only way to grow is to get out of your comfort zone by feeling, acknowledging, and letting go of your limitations. What to do when stuck, childhood traumas bubble up to the surface in our relationships. Why a man's testosterone will actually go up when he listens to and helps his partner release and heal their present emotions. The four emotions that will both release negativity very quickly and raise estrogen in a woman. Why women experience automatic negative thoughts when they are in their masculine rather than feminine self. Exploring a woman's different love needs and how their partners can fulfill them. Children Are From Heaven by Dr. John Gray How parents can set healthy boundaries and the right way to help their children understand their emotions when they're upset. The power of delayed gratification for both children and adults as a tool to practice emotional intelligence. [43:00] The Four Kinds of Love How a relationship can heal when there's constantly headbutting and complaining. Why a man's testosterone goes down and estrogen goes up when they feel stuck. Why Men Are the Way They Are by Warren Farrell Ph.D The Boy Crisis by Warren Farrell Ph.D Why men flee to protect their partner from the "fight" and the "dragon" inside of them. How Josh teaches people to do circular breathing to help them during difficult relationship conversations. Exploring the four kinds of love that women need: caring, respect, understanding, and reassurance to help keep their estrogen levels up. How a man can be there for his partner and create a safe space by being cool, calm, and collected. The incredible impact a man can feel when they're out of work or they don't feel appreciated or financially validated. Why going out of one's comfort zone through action and behavior will help raise your testosterone levels. How a man's estrogen levels will go up when they share their negative emotions (anger, sadness, despair). Moments when negative emotions and anger can be sacred and not just a "wimp" emotion. [53:00] How Polarity Creates Passion How a woman being in her masculine all day working and being outside of the home (or from home) can impact her relationship with her partner. The big surge of estrogen a woman will feel when she does something for her partner; no matter if it was something big or small. How Dr. John would comfort his wife when she would have anxious thoughts about money and the future. What creates passion in a relationship: our differences and being vulnerable. Exploring what can hurt the attraction in a relationship: not trying to relate to one another and when a woman doesn't feel safe. How chronic stress keeps us in a state of cortisol and negative mindsets. What men can do to rebuild their testosterone levels including some alone time. Why it's important for men to do things and be busy to help them feel more confident; especially if they're out of work. Various exercises and things partners can do to heal and create a stronger relationship. Why men need to spend more time alone and do something that challenges them in a healthy manner like an ice bath or a workout than women when they feel triggered. The importance of doing a lot of little things for your female partner to help build their estrogen back up. Why giving a woman 4 hugs a day will help keep their estrogen in regular supply and increase oxytocin. The genie in a bottle method: A couple takes 10 minutes to allow the feminine partner to share little things the other can do for them like get a cup of tea or help answer phone calls. Why it's important to not look at your female partner from your point of view but from her point of view. [1:07:00] How Porn Is Hurting Relationshps Why reading or watching the news (same with sports) can help a man when he is stressed because it allows him to detach and process his emotions. The fact that men tend to turn to porn when they're feeling restless or in despair. Why porn will raise a man's testosterone but then lower it dramatically as their estrogen levels increase which isn't healthy for them. How porn addiction and fake skin inhibits a person's brain's cells from being able to be turned on to and love something and someone familiar because they've been taught to crave something new and different. Wim Hof Why Wim Hof turned to ice baths to help him heal after his wife passed away. Why both partners need to be able to be responsible for their own happiness first and then turn to each other to raise each other up and feel even better about life; to go from good to great together. The fact that men's testosterone levels are at their highest when they're single and then they go down a notch when they begin a committed relationship and then another notch when they have a child. Why men can lose attraction to their partner if their testosterone levels are low. The fact that a man cannot have a heart attack if their testosterone levels are balanced but can if they are lower. How ejaculation impacts a man's testosterone and estrogen levels whether it's from sex or masturbation. What happens to a woman's emotional and hormonal health when they're intimate with their partners and why reassurance is so important. How a woman can dive deep and realize what other needs she has for connection in a relationship and not just intimate needs. Why it's so important for women to give men space so that they can build their testosterone levels back up. How to Get More Me-Time Secrets to Great Sex How to Get Everything You Want in Relationships Power Quotes From The Show How Men Can Be Better Communicators "When you get angry, what is happening hormonally in your body? For men, your estrogen levels are going up and your testosterone levels are going down. Do you want to be seen as insecure or as a child? You're not seen as a big, powerful hero at that time. When you're cool, calm, and collected with pausing between responses in a conversation, that shows that you're trying to be understanding and caring to a woman. You're not trying to control her; you're providing her with the support she needs." - Dr. John Gray What Women Need "When a woman is on her masculine side after working her job all day, she doesn't feel those negative emotions and they're all kept inside. Then, she comes home to her partner who is safer than the rest of the world and those negative emotions all come up and overreact on him. For your testosterone level to stay that high, you have to feel confident that you are loved. Women need caring, understanding, respect, and reassurance. Reassurance is a key factor to level their testosterone and keep that estrogen up." - Dr. John Gray Why Relationships Are the Foundation of Growth "The only way that you can grow is to step beyond where you were limited. Limitation is all of our negative beliefs, emotions, our greed, our selfishness, and all of our violence whether we hide it or not - it's all in there. Spiritual growth can only occur when you become aware of that, feel it, and know it. Feel it and know that it is not you. You have to let it go and there are all of these processes to do that. This is one of the reasons why relationships are the ultimate foundation of growth." - Dr. John Gray Links From Today's Show Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus by Dr. John Gray Beyond Mars and Venus by Dr. John Gray 046 Dr. John Gray: ADHD, Brain Health, & Sex Addiction Children Are From Heaven by Dr. John Gray Why Men Are the Way They Are by Warren Farrell Ph.D The Boy Crisis by Warren Farrell Ph.D Wim Hof Solocast | A Victim of Intellectualization & The Wisdom of The Heart 288 Greg Woodhill 414 Greg Schmaus 431 David Wolfe 399 Iana Lahi Solocast | The Sedation of Society: How To Reconnect & Strengthen Your Soul’s Connection How to Get More Me-Time Secrets to Great Sex How to Get Everything You Want in Relationships Shop the Wellness Force Store breathwork.io Paleovalley – Save 15% on your ACV Complex with the code ‘JOSH' Seeking Health - Save 10% with the code 'JOSH' Organifi – Special 20% off to our listeners with the code ‘WELLNESSFORCE' Drink LMNT – Zero Sugar Hydration: Get your free LMNT Sample Pack, you only cover the cost of shipping Botanic Tonics – Save 40% when you use the code ‘WELLNESS40' Essential Oil Wizardry: Save 10% with the code 'WELLNESSFORCE' Cured Nutrition – Get 15% off of your order when you visit wellnessforce.com/cured + use the code ‘WELLNESSFORCE' M21 Wellness Guide Wellness Force Community Leave Wellness Force a review on iTunes Dr. John Gray Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube About Dr. John Gray John Gray is the author of the most well-known and trusted relationship book of all time, Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus. Live for thousands of listeners on the Wisdom app. Today's a really special podcast where you're gonna learn about these six noble universal truths of purpose, and also the seven pillars of wellness. Now this podcast is for everyone, literally everyone, whether you're listening to the podcast for the first time, or you've been listening since 2015, this is for anyone who wants to have a starting place and the core building blocks for creating a life that you can thrive in. I'm really excited to share this lecture with you and please excuse the audio. We did the best we could to clean it and boost it the best we could. But you may notice if you're an audio aficionado like myself, that the audio is not normally like you'd hear on the podcast. So thank you for your understanding. And let's drop in right now for the six noble universal truths of purpose and the seven pillars of wellbeing in 2022 and beyond. [2:50] Physical & Emotional Intelligence Okay. Hello Everyone. You are here for the very first time. If you're just hearing my voice, this is Josh Trent. I'm the CEO of Wellness Force media. I'm the host of the Wellness Force podcast. And I'm so excited. I mean, goodness gracious this app. What an incredible idea, what a beautiful stream of consciousness to have wisdom that is shared with the public on the go anywhere you can be anytime, any place it's beautiful. So this is Josh Trent. I'm the host of the Wellness Force podcast and on that podcast, and really what we're gonna talk about today on the wisdom app is discovering physical and emotional intelligence. Now at first audible, you might be like 'Physical and emotional intelligence; what exactly does that have to do with my life?' Well, I'll tell you it's everything in this talk today. I'm gonna go over the six noble universal truths of purpose. [3:50] The Seven Pillars of Wellness I'm also gonna go over my seven pillars of wellness. Now six and seven is 13. If you are all about even numbers, odd numbers have wisdom too. So think about what it really means to be alive here on planet earth, wherever you're listening, wherever you are right now, feel your feet on the ground. I mean, let's just start here. A lot of what we talk about on the podcast and a lot of what you're gonna learn today is these building blocks. These fundamentals of what wellness actually is, which I think is totally different than what society and especially advertising tells us that media actually is. So as we go into this truth today, as you fully inhabit your body, start by placing your feet on the ground. If you can maybe be outside right now, wherever you are, take off your shoes, feel your bare feet on the ground. [4:41] Connect to Nature Feel your bare feet on the ground. Here's why when we connect to the earth, we complete the circuit. It's called a voltage potential. We complete the circuit from our feet to the ground because there's a positive, negative current that flows from earth to us and back. Everyone can feel the feet on the ground aspect when they are a human being in nature but you know, you can get this no matter where you are. So start there now. Let's take three clearing deep breaths. Give yourself this treat, give yourself this gift today of taking three deep breaths. So you can actually be and fully inhabit your body. We're gonna inhale through the nose. We're gonna exhale through the mouth. And I want you to imagine a balloon. You know, when you're at a party as a little child, you have those huge party balloons. Imagine there's a party balloon inside of your belly. And on the backside of your belly button, there is a balloon that's gonna fill. So as you inhale through your nose, fill that balloon. [5:38] Breathwork Practice Let it go. Two more. Just fill the balloon behind your belly button, wiggle your toes, wiggle your shoulders, relax your face. Relax your jaw, inhale through your nose. Fill the balloon behind your belly button. Hold your hand on your heart. Place your left hand on your heart. Place your right hand on your stomach. Take one more clearing breath. Fill the balloon behind your belly button and let it go. As we round in together, as we connect together, if you want to join me on the talk, please join me. If you have questions about mental health, about wellness, about truth, about these building blocks that we're gonna dive very deep into today. Raise your hand, use the application to ask me a question or even to join in for the talk let's begin. When we talk about truth, there is subjective truth and there is objective truth. [6:42] Guiding Light And we know from both ancient and contemporary masters, that ancient truth is really the guiding light for all contemporary. And why is that? Because in the objection world, we see things from 30,000 feet. We see things from the observer, the person who's watching us, the watcher knows that we are a soul. We're a soul inhabiting, a physical form here on planet earth. And so with that knowledge, with that truth, can we start to unwind the, the compression really, that we all feel from depression and anxiety. Now, the only way we can do that, is to take stock of our awareness, to take an emotional inventory and the best way to do this. As we go into today, the seven pillars of wellness, the six universal truths of purpose that are all noble. So you're gonna get a lot of value and you may get stuck in the mind. [7:34] Getting Stuck in the Intellectual Mind You may get stuck in the intellectual mind. That's why we cleared. And that's why we dropped in together. But grab yourself a journal or make a note in your phone or something. The best way to do is a journal in the awareness process, whatever is causing you, pain, whatever is causing you drama. Whatever's making you feel unwell. You first have to start with exactly where you are. It's written on the temple at the Apollo: Know thy self. Know thy self. So when you know thy self, that means that you're committed to knowing how you change over time. And so, as we begin the process of knowing ourselves, grab yourself a journal, grab a pen, put a line down the center of that journal, or simply have two blank pages on the right. And on the left side of your journal, you're gonna write down 10 things, just as a marker, 10 things that are causing me pain that are causing me stress that are causing me unwellness on the right side of that paper or of that journal. [8:32] What Fills You Up? You're gonna write 10 things that I am truly capital T truly grateful for. And you begin your process and maybe you're filling it out. As you listen to this talk today, when we're discovering this physical and emotional intelligence, we know that from a physical intelligence standpoint, you can get blood tests. You can get postural assessments. You can look at yourself in the mirror and see how much you love yourself. See what you really believe about you. But on the emotional side, these things, these things can be really hard to quantify. And so as begin as we begin the quantification process of what it really means to be emotional, we first must accept that we have emotions. We have feelings, we are human. We are not robots. And that's a beautiful thing. So on that right side of the paper, you're gonna go ahead and write down 10 things that you are truly grateful for. [9:22] Coming Back Home to Self And don't tick the boxes here. My friend don't tick the boxes, right? Don't write, I'm grateful for oatmeal. I mean, unless you really, really are. If you're grateful for oatmeal, then write it down. Gratitude is something that you give yourself on a continuous basis that brings you back home. It brings you back to your center. It creates homeostasis in yourselves. That's what this emotional inventory practice is all about. Now, after you're on the left side, you've written down 10 things that really cause you pain really cause you stress. Maybe it's relationship, maybe it's finance. Maybe it's a career that you're ready to let go of, but you just haven't figured out how to cultivate the courage to do so. Give yourself grace. As you write down, the 10 things on the left that are causing you the most stress, the most pain, the most discomfort notice. [10:09] The Process of Self-Awareness If you are looking at this from the objective view, from the watcher from 30,000 feet, or if you unfortunately have fallen into a shame spiral. Here you cannot connect with the universal truths. A shame spiral where as you go through this emotional inventory process, you're actually frustrated with yourself. You're judging yourself as you do this process, take a big breath. Let it go and love yourself through this process too, because inventory is really the starting place. Whether it's Mel Robbins or Tony Robbins or Tom Bilyeu or anyone in this space of development of self, everyone begins with the process of self-awareness. So as you complete this exercise, 10 things on the left that are causing me the most pain, 10 things on the right that I'm truly grateful for at the end of this process, the magic and the bridge between knowing and doing exists right here. This is circle the one on the left. [11:05] Finding Gratitude That's causing you the absolute most pain and circle. The one on the right that you are truly, truly grateful for. Now, this is potent. We've had thousands of students, thousands of people in the Wellness Force community complete this exercise with profound results. And at first glance you might be like, well, this is really simple, Josh, this is really simple. Should I really be doing this? Notice that that's not the watcher? That is the subjective self, the subjective self. Whenever we go through self-awareness is always trying to hide. The ego always tries to hide because the ego wants to be right, and we're not here to demonize the ego or to disassociate from the ego. Well maybe if you're in a plant medicine ceremony, maybe anybody can relate to that. Let me know. But really the purpose of this exercise is to find a starting place. [11:53] Your Personal Growth Map This is a map for your personal growth, and it starts with a simple page on a journal. So now that you've done the exercise, you've circled the one on the left you've circled the one on the right. This is where the rubber meets the road. At this point, this is where your accountability starts to click. This is where your life actually changes. You call someone, you reach out to someone, you jump on a wisdom, talk, you text a friend, you work with a coach, you do something that pulls you out of what is known as the default mode network. The default mode network is our prefrontal cortex, ourposterior cingulate and our amygdala. This is an ancient structure in the brain that is always trying to protect us. It is this thing that is hyperactive most active when we're at rest. But you and I both know all the good things, all the juicy things. [12:39] Being in the Present Moment All the love happens when we're in a present moment, when we're in a present moment, that's where all the beauty exists. That's where all the love exists. And that's where your soul can really express itself. Now because of capital T trauma, lower case T trauma. What happens to us is we become a condition bundle of nerves in life. And as we operate from that conditioning, from that bundle of nerves, we are essentially a computer with a chip that has too many zeros and not enough ones. And so as you complete this exercise and before we get into the six noble universal truths of purpose, and before we dive into the seven pillars that I believe create true wellness in life, take a breath, take this inventory. Once you do that, everything good comes from there. When you reach out to a friend, when you ask for accountability, this is exactly how you do it. [13:32] Finding Your Wellness Tribe You say, Hey friend, Hey Josh, Hey Frank, Hey Susan. I did an inventory today and I'm really excited about the changes I'm making in my life. Can I share them with you? This is the key you ask for permission because when you ask somebody for permission, that allows them to show you who they really are. And unfortunately, many of our close friends and sometimes family members, they set us and they don't do it consciously. It's just that their ego is attached to your ego, being a certain way, not growing, not expanding. And that's okay too. And so as you dive into this process for yourself, make sure that you choose someone that gives you permission to share. That is the ultimate truth of it is safe. If it's not safe, then share with someone else, share with someone else. And then you ask them for accountability. [14:25] Know Thy Self You ask them for support. And in that process, as simple as it may sound, you will change your life. This is not spiritual placation and this is not spiritual bypassing. This is not me trying to reduction your healing. I am taking you through a practice that I have done hundreds of times, myself and thousands and thousands of students across the world at wellnessforce.com and our Wellness Force global community have done. And I'll tell you the results are profound because again, the temple at the Apollo says at all: Know thy self. Know thy self. So from that place, hold your hand on your heart, hold this in your psyche, hold this in your being. What is the thing you are truly without, most grateful for, because that is going to give you the power to change that thing. Maybe it's a, a baby boy, baby girl, maybe it's your husband, your wife, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, maybe it's just you with such a powerful soul that you promised yourself. [15:24] Finding Your Purpose You would not leave planet earth until you fulfilled your purpose. You know what I mean? Hold on to that, because when push comes to shove and when your ego puts up a fight for you to actually change the one thing that you circled that is causing you the most pain, you're gonna need that gratitude. You're gonna need that fuel to help you along the way. And that is where we begin. We begin in a place of no judgement. We begin in a place of total acceptance of exactly where you are on the journey, whether it's shame, whether it's guilt, whether it's jealousy, that's okay, because it's there. Whether you take inventory of it or not. And so after the inventory comes, the recognized feelings in your body, the normal emotions that we all feel as human beings. And this is where we begin the six noble truths of purpose. [16:18] Universal Truths These are universal truths. And so as you listen to this, maybe close your eyes. Obviously, if you're in the car, don't close your eyes but wherever you are, our first purpose of noble truth is to focus on healing and expanding. As we focus on living and expressing your life's purpose. Well, by stacking your sleep, your water, your breathing, your nutrition, your money intelligence, your personal growth and your connection to God. And by the way, I don't think God's a bearded dude in the sky. I think God is an omnipresent force that always has been and always will be trust that whatever is, is truly blocking you and operating beneath the surface, outside your awareness mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, when you focus on healing and expanding this block, this blockage that we feel it'll start to rise, it'll start to be addressed with your love and your healing attention. 17:12 Building Blocks of Wellness So that first building block, that first noble universal truth that we all feel is to literally and figuratively energetically and with every cell in you're being focus on healing and expanding, and just let that be enough for this moment. Number two is calibrate your compass, calibrate your compass. You all, teachers that live their life's purpose that are seeking to help you guide you on yours, including myself. We all have inherited human imperfections and we should all approach them with an open heart. And this is the key cautious awareness. Cautious awareness - accept, and be it peace that you will have many teachers on your path, but it is your loving responsibility to calibrate your own compass. The wounded healer, the hero's journey, every single teacher that has ever lived, they have all been in a continuous process of calibrating their compass. And that is exactly what you can do every single day with the emotional inventory process that we just took. If you find yourself kind of spinning in the mind right now, take another deep breath. [18:25] Universal Truths: Honor the Mystery Our third purpose of the universal truths is to honor the mystery purpose. Number three honor. The mystery, the human mind wants to make everything either right or wrong, beginning, middle and end. But everything is not always that simple. Can you relate? Yes. There are universal things that cause you pain yet. It takes radical discernment and a continuous sharpening of intuition to see beyond just right and wrong. One of my favorite quotes is from Rumi and he said that, 'Beyond right and wrong, there is a field I'll meet you there,' and feel into that. When you were a little boy, a little girl, you were playing in the playground, you were being held by your grandmother or your grandfather, your father, your mother, someone that really, really took care of you and trusted you. You didn't know what it was. At that time, you didn't exactly know what love was, but you sure did know how to honor it. Honor the mystery to honor the universal truths. [19:21] You Have the Courage Back then, you sure did know how to be held when you were young. And so there is a field that Rumi talks about. There's a field beyond right and wrong where we all can meet, but the ego isn't always welcome. The ego. Isn't always going to direct you to that field. You have to honor the mystery to direct yourself to the field itself. And number four, be brave. This is the big one. When you're brave, you have the courage. You have the courage to ask God for permission to BE - capital B capital E, and live your dreams. And most importantly, cultivate the bravery to stand in the ego's path. And this is the big one. Give your ego, love and security. I'm not here to demonize the ego. I am not here to say that the ego is wrong. Actually, I feel like the ego is our biggest amigo. [20:11] Healing the Ego The ego is always trying to direct us towards what we need to heal towards our triggers, towards the things that bother us. And so number four, be brave. Have the courage to ask God, not some bearded dude in the sky. I mean, whatever God you connect with, maybe it's the God of nature. Maybe it's the God of water. I'm not here to say that there is one God, I'm here to say that we are God. Now that might trigger you, especially if you had a Catholic or a Christian upbringing, but we know that in Isaiah 45:7, it is spoken that 'I, the Lord create dark and light. I, the Lord create good and evil. I, the Lord do all these things.' So why is that? Why is the scripture telling us? And again, I'm not, uh, of Christian faith, but I do think there's valuable nuggets in the Bible. [21:00] All is God Why in Isaiah 45:7 are we being told that dark and light, good and evil is God. Well it's because all is God. A phenomenal resource for this is wellnessforce.com/AllIsGod. It was almost a four-hour series with a mentor and a friend Paul Chek, where we unpacked the incredible layers of God, of omnipresence. So number four, be brave. Have the courage to connect with higher intelligence, to live your dreams, to cultivate the bravery. Because my friend, you cannot cultivate courage and bravery without God. It's just not possible. In order to meet the demands of the ego, you are going to have to give it love and security. And in order to do that, you must be brave. Number five is self loyalty. Self loyalty, loyalty to self - know thyself, love thy self hold thy self. You must gather the evidence that you're love ,you're supported and you're on the right path. [21:57] Honor Your Heart & Soul Choose to honor your heart and soul. And what they're both asking you for, regardless of anything that may try to disconnect you from that inner voice. And you must do this. You must accept that every teacher will bring you closer to yourself, either by contrast or by resonance of the teacher's projections on your dream and your purpose when you're loyal to thy self. That means that you have the courage to gather the evidence, to apply the learning. And most importantly, most importantly which we always talk about on the Wellness Force podcast, how to embody what you've learned. We all have fallen into this trap of getting the certifications, getting the PhDs, getting the degrees. A lot of that stuff is etymology and a construct of the human mind that allows us to feel comfortable in a world that has no really comfort, no real safety, except for the comfort and the safety that we create. That is where these universal truths will take us. [22:53] You are Loved And so this number five of our six noble universal truths of purpose gather the evidence that you are loved. You are supported - that you are on the right path, choose to honor your heart and soul and accept that the teachers, even myself, everyone that brings you wisdom to be closer to you. They're doing it by contrast, or they're doing it by resonance and it's from their projections, their beliefs about your dream. I believe that it's been said that even the most highly ascended masters in the world still have projections still had egoic projections. So you cultivate much like a samurai, which sharpen a samurai sword over time, you sharpen your sword over time so that your intuition is sharp and your intuition cuts like a razor through all the through all your parents' conditioning, through all of society's conditioning, through all of the media's conditioning, through all the thought forms that came in when you were young. [24:55] The Power of Self Love And that told you that you weren't good enough and that you should abandon yourself. You and I both know they're all bullshit. We feel that on some level, we're all waking up. We've been in a dynamic awakening process ever since the plandemic started. Ever since CV19. And in our last pillar beyond loyalty, this is the crux. This is the Keystone and its self-love...self-love love of one's. It's forgotten at childhood. It's written in the logos, which is a religious text. We all drink from the river of forgetfulness. We forget that we love ourselves in childhood or adolescence when trauma happens. And as you know, trauma can be capital T physical sexual, very, very hard things that happen. It can also be lowercase 't.' It can be neglect...or it can be a non-holding space. It can be a space where you don't feel safe by your parents. [25:55] Capital 'T' and Lower Case 't' Trauma Now they do the best they can. And this isn't about judging our parents, but capital T trauma and lowercase T trauma on a scale of weight, they can both be very similar at times. And so, as you really love yourself, which is not a light switch, by the way, self-love is not a light switch and it never will be self-love is something that you embody over time. You embody this over time. So accept and surrender to the process of self-love the unfolding and the knowledge that it will be challenging beyond measure. And it also would be worth it beyond your wildest dreams, beyond your wildest dreams. Remember that love of oneself is forgotten at childhood or in adolescence when our capital T or lowercase t trauma happens for us. And you notice I said for us, because a lot of times it's easy for a human, with a default mode network with a brain that operates from voltage potential, because we're all computers, right? [25:55] Where Do We Come From? Let's face the facts with these universal truths. We're in a meat suit. We're a soul inhabiting a meat suit on a rock in the middle of outer space. Which I find fascinating. But what happens is we were actually brought here. We were brought here to, to learn how to love ourselves, to garner wisdom from all these incredible challenges that we experience in the world. And so as a review of these six noble universal truths of purpose, you can find these at wellnessforce.com/universaltruths. Number one, focus on healing and ending number two, calibrate your compass number three honor. The mystery number four, be brave. Number five, self loyalty. Number six, self love, take a deep breath. Feel what resonated and leave the rest. That's how you sharpen your intuition. Anyways, many of the students we have in the BREATHE: Breath and Wellness program, you can find that at breathwork.io, it's a three week program. [27:01] BREATHE: Breath and Wellness It's a 21 day program and we use it. We use this art and science of breath to clear our stress. Many of the students that write in, they say, wow, this is the first time in my life. I've ever been able to meditate. So if you have trouble with meditation, probably the, the best place to start is through the breath. I know it has been for me. So as we round it out, the first part of our session today, love yourself. Be loyal to self, be brave to self honor. The mystery, calibrate your compass and no matter what, be committed to the continuous emotional inventory every month, maybe every week for a while that we did in the beginning of this talk and focus on healing and expanding, focus on healing and expanding. If you're curious more about your relationship with spirit, go to wellnessforce.com/AllIsGod [27:52] Checking In With Yourself That'll help you a lot on your journey and connecting with these universal truths. So wherever you are now take stock. How are you feeling? What sensations are you experiencing in your body? What thoughts are you having in your mind? Are you checking Facebook right now? Are you checking Instagram as you're with me on the app? If so, you've already lost. You've already left the six noble universal truths of purpose because you've left yourself. You're not present with us here. Let's move into phase two, phase two. I've created an acronym and the acronym is B R E A T H E. And this I believe is the seven pillars of how to have true wellness, how to have true wellbeing in this world. We talk about this in the BREATHE: Breath and Wellness program. And the acronym B stands for beliefs and core memory, beliefs and core memory. The R stands for recovery, rest and sleep. The E is exercise, breath, and movement. [28:44] Growth Mindset The A is actions. Our behaviors from inspiration. The T is thoughts that serve my dream. And the H is habitual feelings. The last one, which really is the one that society and commerce and especially big food tries to steal from us. And that is eating hydration and nutrients. Think about this. My friend, the human body is designed to discharge 70% of its toxins through breathwork through breathing. If your breathing is not operating at peak efficiency, then you are not rid yourself of toxins properly. And so if we know that the bridge of breath is what connects the conscious and unconscious mind, well then the Latin word inspiritus, you can connect with it. It simply means breathe. Let go. It also contains the word for spirit together inspiritus means to breathe in and be filled with spirit. Now think about that. If we're taking inventory of the B R E A T H E beliefs, recovery, exercise actions, thoughts, habitual feelings, eating. [29:47] Finding Inner Peace These are the things. What these are, are the pillars that if we focus on these pillars every single day, we are going to have peace. It's only a matter of time because the peace within yourself is there. Now there's just many layers of the onion that gets in the way. And you know what happens when you peel an onion, you're gonna cry. I mean, when you cut onions, you cry. When you peel the onions within yourself, you cry. Now I am not here to demonize crying. Actually it's the opposite. I think that crying is beautiful. More men in the world need to cry. I think that more women in the world need to cry. More human beings must cry because when we start to fill these seven pillars of wellness, these seven pillars of wellbeing in this B R E A T H E acronym, whatever is blocking it. [30:38] Your Courage to Change It is going to come up and most likely, depending on how many chords connect to the capital T, the lower case T trauma. These are things that require your courage. These require your courage to change. So when we look at beliefs in core memory, obviously this isn't a masterclass and you can learn more at breathwork.io about this system, but beliefs in core memory, I wanna give you a homework assignment, go to watch the movie, Inside Out. It is one of the most powerful films you will ever see. I kid you not. Yes, it's made for children, but it was also made for you and me. It was made for adults in this movie. They talk about core memories and you'll connect with this. Maybe this weekend when you have, have some time with your spouse, your girlfriend, or your partner, watch Inside Out, watch the movie Inside Out. There are so many powerful universal truths in that movie. [31:28] How Our Core Memories Shape Us You will really understand how these core memories shape our beliefs and our beliefs shape our thoughts. Those are our inner universal truths. Next is recovery rest and sleep. Here's another assignment for you this week. I want you to have a nighttime ritual, have a nighttime ritual. It could be candles or a bath or cannabidiol. It could be some breathwork, promise yourself that this week you will three times, three times this week. You will give yourself the gift of a nighttime ritual. And I promise you without a shadow of a doubt, and I'm a parent myself, by the way. So for all the parents out there, even when you have a child, you can create a ritual with your child. We have a five month old. Um, we take 'em in the bath. There's candles, there's music. We turn the lights down. That's the big one. [32:14] Growth Mindset When it comes to the R acronym and our breathe system, recovery rest and sleep. The most important thing is that you have consistency. So start with three. The rule of thirds applies here, have a nighttime ritual moving on to E exercise, breath and movement. Obviously, you know that if you've heard the podcast, if you've done any of the breathwork practices at wellnessforce.com/M21, We have a free wellness guide there for you. You'll learn how to do an introduction to breathing there. You'll also learn about our other five pillars that really, really help you. We're gonna talk about some of those today. When you exercise and move and breathe, you move the energy in your body. Have you ever stood by a stream and you seen all the twigs and leaves collect? That's what happens to you on a cellular level when you stay still, when you're at the desk, when you don't give yourself three minutes to breathe, or one minute to stretch or 30 seconds to just pull your arms back and make a 'roar' sound right? [33:17] Move Past Your Fear It's because we are in fear. We cannot find the universal truths if we are in fear. We're in fear of people seeing us relax. Now we're in fear of yawning, which is what all animals do in this world. We're in fear. Do not let fear block you from exercising, from breathing and from moving. So your assignment for the E is just move. Just breathe. If you can breathe, you can choose, breathe at your desk. Do your conscious breathwork. You can get that at wellenssforce.com/M21. The, A acronym. This is our actions from inspiration. Now this is a big one - there's action. And there's inspired action, right? I think it was Stephen Covey or Tony Robbins or someone that said, 'Ready, fire aim.' Now, I don't agree with that. I think that's bullshit. Really I do. I think we breathe. We aim and we fire because we're inspired to do so. Taking massive action. Doesn't matter if you're rowing the boat up the hill, if you're rowing the boat in the wrong direction. [34:17] Take Emotional Inventory So your assignment for the A acronym is to complete the emotional inventory, complete the emotional inventory. This will help you connect to the universal truths. We talked about at the beginning of this wisdom talk and let that be your guide. Let that be your guide. Moving on to the T. This is thoughts, thoughts that serve my dream. We know that we are not our thoughts. It's easy to intellectualize that, but are you actually taking time to notice what your thoughts truly are? Again, if you have trouble meditating breathwork is the perfect place to start. When you're starting with breath, you're more centered. You turn down the volume of that default mode network that we've spoken about. The PFC, the posterior cingulate, the amygdala, these ancient structures in the brain. That really, they're not always working for us because we're not in that world that they were designed for. Those ancient structures were designed when you and I were like living in caves, being in nature, being healthy, all these things, but they're not designed at a cubicle, but we can harness them to do so. [35:14] Create Your Dream So when you start taking inventory of the thoughts that you're experiencing, you can start to let go of those thoughts. Now, how do you do this? You're like Josh, whatever. How do I do this is? Notice that that's the subjective truth that is not the objective truth. The object, the objective truth is you and I here noticing our thoughts, noticing our thoughts. That's truly what this says. Do my thoughts serve my dream. Do I have an understanding of what my dream actually is? A lot of the students in our Wellness Force global program and our online community, we talk about how to serve your dream, how to create your dream, first of all, and then how to gather the resources and tools and people that, that support it. So today, make that your assignment for the T -make an emotional inventory of your thoughts. [36:00] Are Your Thoughts Serving You? Do my thoughts really serve my dream. H is habitual feelings, habitual feelings. Think about ways that you always feel and notice your feelings, right? Feelings and emotions, energy and emotion is emotion. Feelings is what you experience from that emotion. So if I'm feeling sad, I'm feeling angry, I'm feeling whatever I'm feeling. Is this a universal truth for you? I'm not those feelings. Those feelings are just a guidepost. Those feelings are a guidepost for me to either be in harmony and be in understanding with my ego or those feelings are there to literally run my life on autopilot. You ever see those little monkeys and land or they're banging on drums. That's what our habitual feelings can be sometimes. And so if you struggle with this, if you struggle with habitual feelings, start again with the inventory. It's a powerful, simple practice that we talked about in the beginning. But when you go to it, when you actually do it, it'll change your life. [36:54] Wellness Made Easy And I really believe that. I've seen that from thousands of people across the world that listen to the podcast and that have written to me. And last in the B R E A T H E acronym we end with E this is our eating. This is our hydration. This is our nutrients. When we eat well, when we eat whole foods, just think, oh, Josh, it's too complicated. No, it's actually really easy. Just eat things that don't have labels. And if they have labels, just make sure the only ingredient on the label is the food that you're eating. Make sure your water is clean. I love the Berkey system. I love a lot of different systems, but that one's really powerful. You can go to wellnessforce.com/store, shop everything in the store. You get like almost 40% off on some of these different nutrients and hydration and clean water filtration systems. So let's take another breath together. [37:45] Take Inspired Action B R E A T H E. Breathe. This is our inner universal truth. Take stock of your beliefs and core memory of your recovery rest and sleep of your exercise, breath and movement of your actions from inspiration of your thoughts that serve your dream of your habitual feelings and of your eating hydration and nutrients. You know, there's nothing more powerful and natural than using. Breathwork combined with these seven universal pillars. And these are all included in the BREATHE: Breath and Wellness program at breathwork.io. 'I do not fear death anymore. I fear to not live fully. If I live fully, I am not into death. I'm living.' And this is a quote from Wim Hof. I myself went through a tremendous experience this year, before the birth of my son. I did a 10 day vision quest in Northern Idaho. And I think really what makes the most difference and what moves the needle for all of us in life? [38:48] Letting Go Fear of Death Can we let go of the fear of death? Can we let go of the fear of the discomfort? What might happen when we do our emotional inventory? When we get down to the root, when we really understand who we actually are at a cellular level, that's when we really understand what love is because love doesn't fear. Death love just loves. And death is a continuation cycle. Death is a organic loop of the life death process, which then connects to God. And as you know, all is God. It's been such a joy to connect with you today. Please, if you have questions right to me, josh at wellnessforce dot com. If you love this Wisdom App, if you have gotten value from this, please share it. And please go to wellnessforce.com/m21 or breathwork.io. There's tools there for you. I believe in you. I believe in me.
