561: A Revolutionary Putter with a HUGE Sweet-spot that Delivers Truer Lines with Creator John Ambro

561: John Ambrose is a retired airline pilot who has succeeded in developing a unique putter that takes USGA specs to their limits. The major manufacturers continue to produce putters that are the same basic design from 100 years ago. But John wasn’t satisfied. When you pull this putter out of your bag, you’ll find two things happen. First, your playing partners will want to try it and talk about it. Most importantly,  on your first stroke you’ll discover that the ball will go down your intended aiming line. In this episode, John and host Fred Greene talk about the advantages, history, and concept behind his L2 MOI MAXX putter.  While looking down the line before his first stroke, Fred realized why his putts were brushing the right side of the cup. Now his confidence to stay on his intended line has dramatically increased. You can watch this complete interview, unedited to see what John’s talking about on the GolfSmarterTV channel at https://youtu.be/DrYjRfDuMSc . For an added bonus, we’ve also published a short interview with John on the practice putting green as Fred and others take their first strokes with the putter. https://youtu.be/4lKObEvF1H4  This putter cannot be found in any retail location or pro shop, only at L2Putters.com. 558 Premium: Meet The 19 Handicapper That Played In A Country’s Open…And Lived To Tell Us About It!

558 Premium: In 2014 Justin Kreibich, who, in his mid 20’s and a bogie golfer with a 19hcp, signed up to play in the DPKR (yes, that’s North Korea) Amateur Golf Open. Knowing the risks involved and how good of a golfer he wasn’t, he knew that this may be the only opportunity to play in an Open Championship. So he signed up, was granted a spot, flew to China, then boarded a flight to Pyongyang City without the knowledge or permission of the US Government. There were only 20 players in the field and it was a single round. On the 18th tee he was in second place, but the realization of the consequences got in his head.  This is an outrageous and crazy story that could easily be a movie "based on a true story”.  He’s never shared this story with anyone outside of his friends and family…until now. Watch the complete conversation at GolfSmarter.com or our YouTube.com/GolfSmarterTV channel.  https://youtu.be/Q8ZXR9Xp0moThis episode is brought to you by GolfOvernight.com.
