Today, we talk to Saloni Bhardwaj, co-founder of Lotus Petal Foundation, which works to create equal and best opportunities for underprivileged children. YPO has more gold members when compared to the younger generation which means the younger people are not seeing enough value in working with YPO Next Generation. Also, if we really want to create a positive difference in the world then we need to work on a cumulative basis so the entire world can benefit as a result.
