“Give Us This Day Our Daily Guinness” - DAY 10    This past week, my curiosity led me to giving a relationship another go. It was a rough breakup, we haven't been on speaking terms, but... I may be willing to give the relationship another chance... Because of this change of heart, it led me to finding out about a Non-Profit here in Minnesota who's main goal is to help musicians have more successful careers. I'm a musician. I live in Minnesota. I want a succesful career... why have I never heard about the Minnesota Music Coalition before? “Give Us This Day Our Daily Guinness” - DAY 5   Germany has a winter tradition of brewing a dark-strong beer called an "Eisbock" (pronounced Ice-Bock... yes... Ice is actually involved) But here's the real kicker: Tradition is to heat up an iron rod till it gets red hot and 'poke' your beer by sticking it in for a split second. The reaction is an instant boiling frothy head, a toasty aroma and the rest of the beer stays cold.
