131: Matt Peterson has found his stride as a land investor.(Show Notes: REtipster.com/131)Matt started as a part-time land investor back in July 2016 and, in his first year, bought 72 properties and sold 54 of those, half for cash and half on terms.In January 2019, he pulled the plug on his corporate job in project management for a Fortune 20 engineering & consulting firm in Houston to take on land investing full-time. To date (as of May 2022), he has 2 full-time employees (1 full-time W2 employee & 1 full-time commission-based employee) and a few VAs as well.The fun thing about talking to people like Matt is that it’s a great reminder of how everyone is a teacher.
