Tim Braheem is the founder, CEO and head coach at Performance Experts, and currently coaches in excess of 30 of the nation's top producing Loan Officers.  From 1997 to 2004 Tim was recognized each year as one of the top fifty producing loan originators in the US reaching a peak personal production of over 676 loans and $236,000,000 in loan volume in a single year. Tim was also a co-founder of LoanToolBox.com, an online educational website for the mortgage industry.  As founder, CEO and Head of Faculty, Tim quickly became one of the top educators in the mortgage industry and was one of three finalists for CEO of the year as recognized by the Technology Counsel of Southern California.  LoanToolBox.com was also recognized by Inc. 500 Magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in the US. 

Barry Habib is the CEO of MBS Highway, a platform created to help mortgage professionals articulate the opportunity in the housing market for their clients.  He has been a frequent media resource for his housing and mortgage expertise including a long tenure with monthly appearances on CNBC and FOX.  Barry was recently named the top Real Estate forecaster by Zillow and Pulsenomics and has been presented with the Crystal Ball Award for the most accurate Real Estate forecasts out of 150 of the top economists in the US.  Barry was recognized for having the highest annual origination production in the US on two occasions, and personally originated over $2 Billion dollars in mortgage loan production over his career.

In our first episode, we take a look back at a recent interview with Mortgage Marketing Expert podcast host Phil Treadwell on The Duley Noted podcast. Phil is an entrepreneur and 15 year mortgage industry veteran.  With experience as both a retail mortgage banker, and independent mortgage broker, he was a top producer in a multi-state region and has built sales teams in regions all over the country.  Phil currently serves as a VP / Area Manager for Highlands Residential Mortgage, covering all of Arkansas and parts Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. Drawing from his knowledge and experience coaching originators and building teams he created the Mortgage Marketing Expert podcast.
