Welcome to my new Challenge Your Norm podcast!I've chosen to name this podcast "Challenge Your Norm" because to me, it is when I step outside of my norm, of what I normally would do, and I challenge myself to do things that force me to grow, that I have felt the most fulfilled and joyful in life. It is when I experience myself take action and do that things that I previously had allowed my fear, discomfort and/or laziness hold me back from doing, that I gain the most confidence, self-trust and fulfillment. I want for us all to live life to it's fullest and to do so, we've got to Challenge our norm! Thank you for being here and being willing to grow, develop and challenge your norm with me!
