But what I like to do in my practice is blend both of those approaches. So I want to know why you do the things that you do, because it's my job in order to get my arms around your entire financial picture. And if I'm bringing three different options to you, right, the financial planning drives the recommendations. And if I'm bringing recommendations to you, I might know that option C is the best option for you both personally and financially. But I also know, you're probably you are probably going to lean towards option A because of your history with money and different beliefs around that. I recently got a comment in my DMs that I feel reflects what many entrepreneurs believe, but just simply isn’t true. The commenter said that they didn’t need a coach, because they already have one. This belief, while common, is completely untrue! We should be seeking out experts in each individual space to get the best coaching we can.
“When you seek out experts in each individual space, you actually get better results. Instead of hiring a generalist or hiring a specialist and getting annoyed with them that they aren’t meeting all of your needs”
The question I want you to ask yourself today is: What are the three skill sets right now that you absolutely know if you could nail them down, you’d be a better business owner? Then, I want you to go out and find those people to help you out!
