一位13岁的少年何以至此?这是近期热播的Netflix剧集《混沌少年时》想要通过4个小时的时间尝试回答的问题。这四个小时,既是观剧者的四个小时,也是剧中人的四个小时,一镜到底的拍摄手法,让剧内剧外、虚构与现实的时间重合。在一种漫长的、没有喘息的连绵时间里,我们与英国北部一个工人阶级小镇中的四口之家,一起坠入深渊,又挣扎着浮出水面。
本期节目的嘉宾是我们老朋友、心理博主严艺家。艺家在过去三年多的时间里生活在英国伦敦,攻读博士学位的同时,也在公立系统和第三方机构里担任儿童心理治疗师,接触来自不同种族、阶级背景的需要帮助的青少年。作为一位亚裔女性治疗师,来访者见到她的第一反应往往是惊讶,在工作中,她也没少遇到敌意与歧视。在她看来,每个人都是内心的“移民者”,在情感上,我们都经历过不同形式的迁移与远行,而她的“外来者”身份像一面镜子,折射出来访者内心的漂泊不安。
作为一名精神分析流派的儿童心理治疗师,艺家不断带着我们回到人的婴儿时代,从儿童发展的角度,去解释这个复杂世界的种种难题。无论是杀人的少年、厌女的incel,还是发疯的总统,他们的行为模式似乎都在最原初的阶段有迹可循。但艺家也坦言“百无一用是书生”,心理学的分析并不能解决现实世界的问题,无论是个体还是家庭都并非孤立,都深深嵌入在一个巨大的社会网络里。当一个关在房间里的小男孩被互联网的厌女思潮捕获,追问他父系家庭的暴力“基因”是一个面向,追问政府的责任,追问疫情后公共体育设施投入的削减也非常重要。

【随机波动】触屏时代的触觉饥渴
从米开朗基罗《创世纪》壁画中上帝与亚当之间的轻触,到智能手机时代人手与屏幕之间时刻不停的点触,触觉真是既古老又前沿的一种感官。在漫长的人类文明中,它曾被贬低为低等的、爬行动物的欲望,也被想象为高等的、外星生物的语言。我们从在母亲的子宫里开始,就在用触觉认识世界,通过触摸,我们理解了形状和质地,理解了空间和位置,也理解了情感和关系。
如果说视觉常被认为与思想相关,嗅觉是直觉的代名词,听觉暗示了一种权力关系的话,触觉,则永远与情感难舍难分。冬夜里的毛毯既温暖了我们的身体,也让我们的心灵不孤单;一杯热咖啡和一封情真意切的来信一样,能让我们感受到朋友的善意;击掌和触碰能让运动员在团体项目中表现更好;沮丧难过时一个拥抱可能胜过千言万语。生物本能让我们偏好柔软的织物、光滑的器皿、温热的食物,然而这些温柔质感的背后,是一双双粗粝的手积年累月的劳动,劳动本身也是一种触觉的实践。
如今,我们正处于一个愈发“无接触”的时代,或者说,单一、平滑的触觉经验,正在逐步取代我们对复杂材质的具身性感知:滑动替代了翻页、打字替代了手写、购买替代了手作;互联网通讯技术的发展和传染病的全球流行也重新定义了我们舒适的社交距离。或许这也为我们提供了一个契机,重新谈论触觉,重新找回一种温柔、亲密的身体感受。
启发我们对触觉产生兴趣的,是不久前在上海浦东美术馆开幕的「百年一触:Loro Piana的世纪之旅」展览。展览不仅回顾了Loro Piana品牌的百年历史,也打破了传统的美术馆展览“只能看不能摸”的惯例,无论是蓟花的坚硬还是羊绒的软糯,我们都可以不通过语言的转译,直接通过皮肤去感受。
