No…”So he sent me the link.It turns out someone had posted on Bigger Pockets asking about me and the House Flipping Formula program… asking what people thought of it and whether it was worth the cost.(John, if you’re reading this, hi! Would love to have you in the group!)As I pulled up the link, I started having flashbacks.4 years ago, not long after I launched my podcast, I started a thread on Bigger Pockets myself.I was trying to be helpful.My plan was to share what I was doing in my house flipping business.But right away, the haters showed up.They called me a liar.They called me a scammer.They said it was impossible to flip the number of houses I was flipping.And to be honest, it kind of knocked the wind out of my sails. Seeing how these people reacted almost made me want to quit the education side of the business altogether.So when Danny sent me that link yesterday……well, I was a little nervous.But when I checked out the post, I saw something amazing.People were leaving POSITIVE comments.Members of our community, members of our programs and mastermind groups, were chiming in with good things to say.(If you want to see the post yourself, you can check it out here!)And as I was reading the comments, it hit me…What would have happened if I had quit 4 years ago?What would have happened if I had let the haters get to me?What would have happened if I had listened to the negative voices and caved?Honestly, mindset stuff like this is huge.If you let the doubters infect your brain……you’ll NEVER succeed.And that’s the lesson I want to share in today’s episode of the podcast…Links and ResourcesI’ve got some exciting news for you. Listen to This EpisodeEpisode 220: Show NotesIs it okay if I get a little personal with you today…?This is something I almost didn't share.In fact, it could make me look pretty pathetic.But I felt like it might help you… so I’m putting it out there, ha ha!This past weekend we had our 7 Figure Flipping event in Baltimore…And it was by far the best event we’ve ever held.I was on top of the world, and nothing could bring me down.Well… until something did.When I got off the plane coming home from Baltimore, I found out about something. And it dragged me down. The entire drive home I was a mess.I was excited to see my wife and kids, but when I got there, I wasn't totally present. My thoughts were completely consumed. I tried to fight it, but it was useless.You’re probably thinking something horrible happened, right?Well, the funny part is…The thing that happened was incredibly insignificant.Yet it managed to take me down (at least temporarily!)…And the truth is, this isn’t the first time some small issue has completely derailed me. (It’s the first time for this specific thing, but there have been others…)This is something we all struggle with.We let the small negative things get to us and knock us over……even when everything else is going great.After taking a step back, I’ve been able to see the silver lining and turn this small problem into an advantage.But what if I hadn’t?What if I had let it keep me down…?Or, worse, what if I had let it influence my decisions and actions?This is one of the #1 things that pushes entrepreneurs out of this business and keeps them from progressing……and that's why I’m sharing this story with you today.(Even though it means admitting one of my biggest weaknesses.)So, with that said, let’s get personal…Links and ResourcesIf you’ve been hearing about 7 Figure Flipping and you think you’re ready to systematize and scale your house flipping or wholesaling business, let’s talk.
