Today, I wanted to give you a very quick practice that will allow you to rewrite a negative belief. I find that not enough people talk about how to do that. We all have negative beliefs. We all have parts, different aspects of ourselves, that are not integrated into our fullness. Different parts may come up for us as we go through our life.
