The Savior’s declaration “ye are my friends” is a clarion call to build higher and holier relationships among all of God’s children.

Because of the redeeming life and mission of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, we can—and should—be the most joyful people on earth!

As we reach out to Jesus Christ in faith, He will always be there.

As we remain bonded to the Lord, our lives will naturally reflect His light, and we will become the salt of the earth.

May we bury—very, very deep—any element of rebellion against God in our lives and replace it with a willing heart and a willing mind.

As followers of Christ, we teach and testify of Jesus Christ, our Perfect Role Model. So let us follow Him by forgoing contention.

Jesus Christ is always calling upon us, and He uses us, His ordinary servants, to help bring His children to Him.

God trusts us to make many important decisions, and in all matters He asks us to trust Him.

This is the Savior’s gospel, and this is His Church (see 3 Nephi 27:21; Mosiah 26:22; 27:13). The combination of the two is powerful and transformative.
