The Confessionals

In Episode 407: Native American Battle House, we are joined by Jenny. She and her ex-husband bought their first home in 2003. Almost from the time they moved in, weird things started to happen, like hearing a voice through the baby monitor that talked to Jenny’s infant son and knocks on Jenny’s brother’s bedroom door. As time went on, she also saw shadow people, orbs and things that moved on their own; heard footsteps and conversations that stopped as she approached; and witnessed a full body apparition. But it was not until her son had experiences that left him too scared to sleep that Jenny finally contacted a paranormal team to investigate the house. She had hoped they could provide a rational explanation for the things that were happening around her, but that would not be the case. The team informed her that not only was she experiencing paranormal activity, but whatever the source of the activity really was, it was not very nice. Over the years Bart made a name for himself as a no-nonsense kind of person who asked hard questions about the authenticity of the moon landing. Many times Bart has confronted the astronauts involved in the first lunar landing mission, in person, attempting to get answers, but often walked away with even more questions - and sometimes some bruises. He believed there were explanations to be found for inconsistencies surrounding the moon mission, but as he dug deeper into the details, the more it seemed his life was in danger. On Episode 401: Plasma Blue Alien of the Woods, Nathan joins The Confessionals to tell us about a few of his unexplained paranormal experiences – particularly a very strange sight he encountered in the woods. While enjoying a cabin retreat in Idaho, Nathan was sitting outside at the fire one night when he saw a bright flash of light that lit up part of the sky. Following the flash, points of lights started moving out in the woods. Rather than stay put or return back inside, Nathan took off running into the trees to find out where the lights were coming from - and ran straight into an encounter with glowing blue alien-like beings. In Episode 397: The Lost Gold of Dents Run, we are joined by Kem and Den Parada, a father-and-son treasure hunting duo based out of Pennsylvania. Back in the 1970s, Den was on the hunt for a lost Civil War treasure made up of 52 gold bars that went “missing” while being transported from Virginia to Philadelphia. In today’s currency, the gold bars were estimated to be worth close to $400,000,000, which would be the largest buried treasure recovered in U.S. history. One day when Den was at work, a psychic entered the store, found his way over to Den, and ended up revealing a location where he believed Den would find the gold. This encounter set off a nearly 50-year-long search for the Civil War treasure. After investing so much time and effort into their endeavor, the Paradas had the treasure pegged and proceeded to follow proper legal means of recovering it. They called in the F.B.I. and believed everything was aboveboard and ready to unearth the treasure of a lifetime – but they soon regretted it all when government agencies moved in under the cover of night and stole the gold out from under them.
