Replay of the Sexual Prevention Webinar by FlourishDx 5 October 2023: The new statutory obligation in the Sex Discrimination Act to eliminate sexual harassment has been receiving a lot of press recently. While the idea of prevention is a new one in the context of this Act, Work Health and Safety legislation has imposed similar prevention duties on employers since the 1970s. In this webinar from FlourishDx, we will explored alignment between the requirements of the Sex Discrimination Act and the Psychosocial Risk Regulations (in the context of the WHS Act) including: - How are the requirements similar?
