Boysober Ft. Hope Woodard: Right or Wrong?
Just in time for single girl summer… What does it mean to be intentionally single? This week, Lydia and Isa debate whether it’s Right or Wrong to make a deliberate decision to avoid dating… even if you may have met the LOYL??? Yeah babes, that’s what makes it a tough call. The girls share some crazy stats about the growing number of single adults under the age of 30 and how randomly soo many men are single but no one is talking about it. In classic fashion, they debate the extreme sides of this topic. They talk about how when a woman is single its a political statement but when a man is single he is simply existing. Isa declares 2024 the year of “hand stuff” which leads Lydia to say the word “cock” – ahhh! After their classic chat and debate, the hosts welcome on the smart and beautifully insightful comedian/storyteller Hope Woodard, who was featured in the New York Times for walking the line between rebranding celibacy and creating a new term: ‘Boysober’.

Nepo Babies: Right or Wrong?
This week, your gorgeous hosts, Lydia Keating and Isa Medina, debate nepo babies. Is it ethically right or wrong for nepo babies to have easy access to coveted careers just because their parent(s) work in the industry? Lydia argues that nepo babies are WRONG. Isa argues that they are RIGHT. They discuss the different types of nepo babies out there (it’s not all Hollywood, honey!) and if there is even an ideal way to be one… After they debate the extremes, in classic fashion, they open their dialogue up to a broader and more honest convo. Are THEY nepo babies?? (no, lol but they do get real about their own privileges). Lydia ponders creativity—is it something innate to the fibers of your being? Was Reese Witherspoon’s son born to be a DJ in the West Village? Isa talks about her boy drama and how men should never complain about being tired. Lydia acknowledges her annual spring/summer glow up. Both hosts agree that ebbing and flowing in one’s hotness is wayyyyy better than being consistently hot all year round, which would actually be so boring. And finally, they talk about WHO is to BLAME for nepotism? (and it’s not the nepo babies or their parents! It’s something far more insidious…) Enjoy the episode! Love you so much.

Stay at Home Moms: Right or Wrong?

Lydia argues that stay-at-home moms are RIGHT. Isa argues that stay-at-home moms are WRONG. They establish the extremes of the debate, and then, in classic fashion, they open their dialogue up to a more honest discussion. Lydia gets real about her mommy issues while both hosts confess their fears about the looming potential of motherhood. Will they ever become moms? Wait, that’s literally soooo scary to think about. Isa and Lydia discuss trad wives, girl bossing, mental illness and motherhood, their opposite sleeping habits, whether read receipts are diabolical, and proper etiquette when it comes to maintaining relationships with your ex's friends and family. Spoiler alert: their advice is to cut all ties! At one point, Lydia gets a little weepy. Enjoy!

They talk about capitalism, percentages, and other girly things of this nature. As usual, they are trying to get to the bottom of what it means to be a good person in your twenties and thirties.
