Lucky number 13, just in time for October.We've had a lot of excellent guests in the studio as of late, and with many more lined up for the future, we've decided now would be a good time to sit down and focus on one of our own. Dave Randleman, or as we like to call him, FDR [we'll let you imagine what the F stands for], joins us in the hot seat this week to tell Dave (Henson) about his own journey through cycling, some of his tips for proper bike maintenance as a mechanic and what his recent training journey this year has looked like.For those of you somewhat new to cycling or those looking for tips on how and when to care for your bike, this episode also serves as a great beginner's guide to bike maintenance.
