The Left is pushing a meme that contends that there is a Republican Jesus. Republican Jesus, of course, says things like, feed only those that look like us and pass the drug test. He might say, give your money to those who are wealthy and already have privilege. We'll go through a video that contends to show what the Republican Jesus is. In an interview with NPR, evangelical Christian leader Russell Moore, said that multiple pastors had told him disturbing stories about their congregants being upset when they read from the Sermon on the Mount in which Jesus espouses the principles of forgiveness and mercy that are central to Christian doctrine. Multiple pastors told him congregants have been upset by the “liberal” talking points from that passage of scripture. Now, that didn't happen. I mean, with all due respect to the pastor, I don't believe that for five seconds.And, we will talk about 10 commandments being made to be posted in the schools of Louisiana. I don't know that I have a view that's going to please a lot of people on this. I think my view differs from a lot of conservatives. In all of this, it's sometimes hard to find good news. Shock statistic! 100% of conservatives are going to die! Well, you know, someday. We're gonna talk about how to lie with statistics and why to lie with statistics. I saw an interesting example of this on my Twitter feed. It comes with eye-catching photos of photogenic women showing their bust. Why would that be? Here's the headline: Your bra size affects how much you sweat and women with bigger bust sweat less. Now, I have not gone around to grocery stores and such asking large busted women, “do you sweat less?”. But, I did read the article. How did they get this statistic? There's also, of course, many, many lies on the climate front. Michael Mann, who in my opinion is a vicious paid liar, is back to lying using statistics, but in a very sloppy way. Sometimes, they don't bother with statistics. They just laugh and giggle when we point out that the people who are coming across the border sure do seem to contain a lot of cartel members and rapists. So what is the end goal? Speaking of Jeff Bezos and the dying Washington Post, want to hear a Bezos story? I’ll share a Jeff Bezos story with you. If you've been with us a long time, you might have heard it, but it bears repeating because the people who run the Washington Post, Bezos among them, are facing pushback from their team. They tried to put an editor in place to change things, but the editor got ran out of town. And, I'll remind you of the sort of person that Jeff Bezos can be. Remember when they had William Shatner who got to go on one of Bezos rockets? You might remember when Bezos stole the stage from Shatner who was trying to tell an emotional story. We'll also look at some of the changes that have gone on in a world related to the Washington Post. For some reason, Snopes.com is being celebrated now by conservatives for suddenly telling the truth about Ashley Biden's diary and something else. But why are we celebrating this? It's seven years later. This no longer matters in the election cycle. Lots of people in the media, though, should be doing the same thing that Snopes has done. I had a discussion with Caleb Altamire, founder and CEO of HelpingCaptives.org. We talked yesterday with Nate Lewis about how he's approaching fighting sex trafficking with his group, INNOCENCE Rescue Mission. Caleb Altememeyer, Founder & CEO of Helping Captives is at the other end of this. His heart is to help people who are captive now to sex trafficking. He learned about the realities of sex trafficking when he learned that it had happened to a neighbor. This freaked me out because this is the second time in chatting with these guys that we actually shared something deeply in common. The same thing happened to me. The way they approach this is, in fact, to make sure that women have a place to go and they're working on and have secured a building that used to be a strip club to use for their mission to help victims of sex trafficking. Caleb also talks about the future being dependent upon changing the way kids are treated in school. I don't normally go around talking about actors and I'm not here to say that he was a role model or anything like that. But one thing I do want to talk about is Donald Sutherland and why actors become liberals. And I think this is evident through how Sutherland, in kind of a creepy, weird way, described his love of being an actor. He starred in some of the fundamentally most important roles, I think, for societal commentary that exists today. I also loved his role in Hunger Games and I'll tell you why. One scene in particular to me is so vitally, vitally important. Capturing Hollywood for Christ is vital and we have to be able to tap the heart of creators. Riley Gaines and her group is taking a run at this with a commercial about protecting girls' sports. TikTok, of course, has banned this. I talked to a gentleman named Nate Lewis, who's the founder and CEO of Innocence Rescue Mission. Hr told me something I didn't know, that it's actually small towns that represent the least risk for sex traffickers. Nate and his group work in a number of ways to help stop sex trafficking, including getting men who sign up to go rent the bodies of 11 year old kids and getting them arrested. Thank God. Interestingly, Nate's the only other guy near my age I've ever met who, like me, was kidnapped. His kidnapping lasted a lot longer and may have been even more dangerous than mine. He shared that with us. Nate shared with us what you can do to help his group and how they're helping law enforcement around the country.
