Bishop Sankey on Fearless Running
Today I go Beyond the Surface with professional football player, Bishop Sankey. Bishop was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Before the NFL, Bishop played collegiately at the University of Washington. He carried the ball 644 times for 3,496 yards (third-most in Huskies’ history) and scored 37 touchdowns on the ground, while also adding 567 yards and one more score on 67 receptions (8.46 ypc) and 134 yards on seven kickoff returns (19.14 avg) for a total of 4,197 all-purpose yards (110.45 ypg). In 2013, with a 200-yard game against Washington State in the Apple Cup, he finished the game and the regular season with 1,775 yards for the season, breaking Corey Dillon’s 1996 record of 1,695 yards. On the same play on which he passed Dillon, a seven-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, he also broke Napoleon Kaufman’s school career rushing touchdowns record, with his 35th.
Last year Bishop was a member of the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots and he is now on the Minnesota Vikings.

Blake Baratz on Creating Agency
Blake Baratz is an NFL agent and the founder of the Institute for Athletes. Blake represents a number of prominent NFL players and represents Jonathan Allen from the University of Alabama, who will most likely be a top 5 pick in next week's NFL draft.
In our conversation, Blake talks about his childhood and how sports played a major role in his identity. He reminisces about being a collegiate tennis player and the lessons he learned from competing at a high level. And we discuss his mindset on creating a company from scratch and how he has built a company to represent his values.

Brad Craddock on Dream Chasing
Today I go beyond the surface with professional kicker, Brad Craddock. Brad is an accomplished football kicker. He set records at the University of Maryland for most consecutive made field goals (24) and longest made field goal (57 yards). During his Junior year he won the Lou Groza award, which is awarded to the nation's best collegiate placekicker.

Jon Wallace on Quiet Confidence
Today I go Beyond the Surface with Jon Wallace. Jon ended up starting every game of his career (136), was part of four teams that went to the postseason, including three-straight NCAA Tournament appearances, won back-to-back BIG EAST Regular Season titles (2006-07, 2007-08) and a BIG EAST Tournament Championship (2006-07). He ranks third all-timee in career starts at Georgetown and the Hoyas won 100 games during his four-year career.
For his career, Wallace averaged 9.2 points and 2.8 assists and hit 240 3-point field goals, the latter mark which stood as the school record until the 2015-16 season. He ranks No. 24 all-time in scoring (1,256 points), third in 3-point field goal percentage (43.4%), fifth in free throw percentage (82.1%) and ninth all-time in assists (378).
Jon went on to play professional basketball for 8 years, where he played in the NBA D-League and all over the world.

Davy Arnaud on Becoming My Best

Dimas Chavez on Staying in My Lane
Dimas Chavez might be the most interesting person I have met with for this podcast. He has lived a full life and still has much more living to do. Dimas did not speak english until the age of six, faced discrimination, lost a sibling at a young age, and has faced other adversity that you will learn about in our conversation. All along the way, Dimas cultivated relationships with people, started a family, and eventually went to work for the CIA.

Jason Zone Fisher on Creating a Dream Job

In some ways Jason is a jack-of-all-trades, as he has worked as a host, spokesman, producer, and creative consultant for a number of major brands. Yet, Jason also has a great sense of who he is: creative, hard-working, driven, passionate, and funny.
As we explore his journey, Jason discusses how he has used his passion to create a dream job for himself where he gets to work at the intersection of entertainment and sports. He also talks about his mindset while being "on" and how he's cultivated that mindset.
