In the industrial asset class, you have sub asset classes such as cold storage, self-storage, data storage and life sciences and on the show today we are discussing what could be the most sought-after asset in Vancouver, industrial lab space. Adam breaks down why Lab 29 helps with Vancouver demand for this asset, and he shares with us why Low Tide continues to invest in this sub asset class and why it is in such high demand.
