Last night, we watched the Republican candidates for president engaged in debate. His lawyers reported they made a deal for $200,000 bond in lieu of being locked up. At least one Republican senator is saying Trump should drop out of the 2024 race. We have heard that poll workers received death threats during the 2020 election so it may come as no surprise that it appears Trumpers are at it again. This time, the federal judge overseeing the Trump election interference case in Washington DC is getting threatened by Trump supporters. According to the Huffington Post, here is the voicemail a Texas woman left for U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan: “If Trump doesn’t get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you.”Multiple sources are reporting that Arizona may be the next state to file some type of case against former President Trump in connection with tampering with their election process. We’ll talk about it with former federal prosecutor David Katz. We will update a story previously reported on the Mark Thompson Show about a young woman in Montana fighting for the environment. There are developments in that case, and we will check in with Belinda Waymouth for her segment, “it’s the Planet, Stupid!”

Georgia DA Fani Willis brings fire with a blistering Georgia indictment accusing Donald Trump of being the head of a “criminal enterprise” to overturn the 2020 election. He has company. Willis named 18 defendants in addition to Trump. There are 41 charges in total and 30 unindicted co-conspirators. Mark will unpack it and then Jim Avila, former ABC White House Correspondent, and David Cay Johnston, Pulitzer Prize winning author and scholar, will analyze. It’s a show not to be missed!

Indictments are reportedly coming soon for Trump and friends in the state of Georgia. Georgia prosecutors investigating the 2020 election case are said to have text messages and emails linking members of Trump’s legal team to a voting system breach in 2021. Even so, we aren’t likely to see any ethics changes to rules governing supreme court justices. We have a great Law & Disorder segment planned followed by Friday Fabulous Florida. There also seems to be a lot going on with Florida governor Ron DeSantis. Does he seem to be targeting Democrats or is it just us?
