House Republicans have formally authorized their impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden. While disarray in the party has prevented them from getting things done in recent weeks, Republicans pulled together for a vote seemingly rooted in revenge. Hunter Biden says he will not testify at a private hearing and will only comply with a congressional subpoena if he can appear publicly.
