The gag order in Trump‘s hush money case will stay in place. It requires Trump not make any public statements about witnesses in the case, jurors, prosecutors, court staff or members of their families. New York’s high court would not hear Trump’s appeal on the gag order. The penalty phase is expected to begin July 11th. Video is circulating of President Biden at a weekend fundraiser in LA. He looks like he’s waving to people in the audience along side former President Barack Obama. After about a minute of greeting the crowd, President Obama reaches out and gently touches President Biden on the arm before they walk off stage together. What followed was an edited version made to look like President Biden somehow needed help off the stage. Giuliani posted bond of $10,000 cash. Fox is backtracking on the editing of a Trump interview that first aired last week. Fox cut out Trump saying he may not declassify federal files regarding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, with whom Trump has been pictured many times. Trump’s election subversion case in Georgia is on hold thanks to a Georgia appeals court. The court wants a panel of judges to decide whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified before the case moves forward. It’s a victory for Trump as he tries to push his legal issues past the date of the presidential election. Donald Trump is a felon, he no longer has the right to carry a gun in the state of New York. The New York City police department is revoking Trump’s license after suspending his permit to carry a concealed weapon last year.
