When Aladrian discovered content design in 2019, she realized that she had been doing UX all along – in customer service and digital communications. As the first content designer in her team, she had to find ways to set up the team for success. Overwhelmed by the opportunities to revamp and revise each product, one of her biggest challenges was knowing where to start. To deal with numerous content requests from her new colleagues, she came up with her own methods which helped her to prioritize her workload effectively.
