She joined EY from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), the U.S. Federal Government’s procurement agency that oversees approximately $45 billion of annual spend. At GSA, she served as the Director of the Federal Supply Chain office, responsible for expanding the use of sustainability criteria and ecolabels in federal procurements. Nancy has a graduate degree in Communications Technology from Georgetown University.
