Surrender to Win.  Paul Oberschneider, Founder & CEO Hilltop Credit Partners Paul Oberschneider is an investment professional with a 30-year successful track record in property development, asset management and financial structuring. He has transacted over £1 billion in the UK and Continental European real estate markets. In the early 1990s, Paul built the credit department of a major eastern European bank, from one to 20 people. From 1993 he established one of the largest fully- integrated real estate advisory and investment businesses in Central and Eastern Europe. This subsequently became one of the region’s largest commercial property developers. Susannah Cole £45 million of Property Projects to Crushing Cancer. We had wide ranging discussion from building an empire to (against the odds) crushing cancer. Susannah Cole is highly respected in the Property Investing Circles. She is a well-established property expert who is ran a very successful flipping strategy and owns a substantial HMO and single let property portfolio. She also ran a respected Deal Sourcing Business, sourcing over 200 deals, £45 million of property for an agreed purchase price of £30 million, in less than 5 years! She started The Good Property Company in 2011, as a kitchen table start-up, looking after two small children, raised millions in JV and private finance, now all paid back, and now lives between Bristol and Barcelona. Whilst there he also was the driver and consultant to land registry to set up Land Registry online as we know it today.   Andrew has turned around failing businesses on verge of insolvency and through this learnt a lot about running a good business.   In 2000 Andrew set off on the lonely journey of entrepreneur establishing a number of successful trading businesses in different industries  A late starter almost accidental into the world of property when in 2005 he bought his first commercial property premises for the business having got fed up of paying rent.    From that first purchase Andrew's analytical skills led him to quickly work out that he made a better return on his time than he did in trading activities so began to make more acquisitions.   2010 Andrew successfully purchased a competitors trading business that was 5 times larger than his own from an administrator. Sold 18 months earlier for £5.6m now being marketed for a knock down £1m, Andrew negotiated a successful purchase for £12,400.   Andrews property business is primarily focused on commercial property as either buy to let or commercial to residential conversions.
