Paul Million … Life of a Fruit Cake   Paul Million has been developing property in Darlington for three decades. His diverse portfolio ranges from Industrial units and commercial to residential/supported tenancies, commercial conversions, single let accommodation, professional co-living house shares and serviced apartments.    Paul owns a portfolio of 60 Buy to let properties, in addition to 30 properties in 50/50 joint ventures. 150 tenancies in total and rising with a few more projects before he semi retires into property & brainspace training.    He has ongoing interests in several exciting and innovative projects going forward in Darlington & surrounding areas, in addition to 'The Property Thing', a local networking event co-run by Paul and co-hosting BBC Business Buyers Club NE. During his career in finance, he has met with the senior management teams of well over one thousand companies and with several hundred professional investors. Andrew has regularly been involved in high profile stock market transactions.
