Weekly Scrap #310 - Eddie Robinson, training and leadership through the ranks

Joined on this episode by the one and only Eddie Robinson and I am (as always) super excited. We talked about his life's journey as a firefighter.  From the fire service of the 1970's all the way to today.  The lessons that he learned and the things he learned to change. We discussed what to do when your department is "A shitty place to work." which is always a much needed topic!  Of course the direction of the Scrap is always controlled by the audience who threw in their amazing questions and drove the discussion forward!  Can't wait to hear what you think of the episode... I loved it!
