EP 109 | The Truth About the NAR w/ Holly Pivec and Doug Geivett | Redeeming Truth   In this detailed expose, we delve into the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). This global movement has become infamous for its authoritative claims, divine revelations, and emphasis on signs and wonders. The NAR has been under scrutiny for its teachings and practices, which often diverge from traditional beliefs and lack biblical substantiation.   This video takes a critical look at the Wake Up Olive incident, a distressing event that put the questionable aspects of the NAR in the spotlight. We scrutinize the NAR's use of the Passion Bible, which is under fire for introducing NAR teachings into the text, casting a shadow on the movement's credibility.   As the evangelical community begins to challenge the NAR's authority and identify departures from biblical truth, we provide an in-depth look into these critical viewpoints. EP 103 | Salvation: A Gift of God’s Grace (Our Doctrinal Statement) | Redeeming Truth   Pastors Jon Benzinger (Lead Pastor) and Kyle Swanson (Executive Pastor) discuss our doctrinal statement.   Salvation. We teach that salvation is completely a gift of God’s grace given to all whom He chose to save before the creation of the world. Salvation includes all that God does in saving humans from the penalty, power, and presence of sin and in restoring them to a right relationship with Him. Salvation can never be gained by human good works but is a free gift given only to those who by regenerating grace repent of their sins and put their trust in Jesus Christ alone as Savior and Lord, His finished work on the Cross and His Resurrection. All who do so are united to Jesus forever, and therefore, are forgiven and saved from their sins, declared right with and reconciled to God, freed from slavery to sin, and adopted into God’s family so as to do His will and bring Him glory both now and forever.
