TFP 130: How to Hydrate and Prevent Cramping with Andy Blow

On Episode 130 of The Tennis Files Podcast, I spoke with sports-scientist Andy Blow about how to properly hydrate and prevent cramping.Andy graduated with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Bath and he is currently the CEO and co-founder of Precision Hydration. He was an elite level triathlete and experienced his own struggles with cramps and hydration that led him to specialize in electrolyte replenishment and eventually co-found Precision Hydration. On Episode 129 of The Tennis Files Podcast, I spoke with former ATP Top 10 singles and doubles player and Grand Slam Champion, Spanish pro Emilio Sanchez, about how to develop a more aggressive tennis game.Emilio achieved career high rankings of #7 in the world in singles in 1990 and #1 in doubles in 1989. He won 3 Grand Slam Doubles titles (two French Opens and one US Open) and a silver medal in the 1988 Olympic games in men’s doubles. During his tennis career, he won 15 singles titles and 50 doubles and made over $5 million in prize money. Emilio has both played for and captained Spain’s Davis Cup Team to a championship title in 2008. TFP 126: The Power of Positive Thinking with Wheelchair Tennis Pro Kaitlyn Verfuerth

To help adults and children with disabilities to participate in sports, Kaitlyn founded a non-profit organization called Parasport Flagstaff.
