Some of the more noteworthy observations of Heath's tiers include (4:10) D.J. Moore in Tier 2 and Brandin Cooks in Tier 3. We make Heath justify these decisions ... Speaking of Tier 3, we spend a lot of time there (10:30) as Jacob wonders why CeeDee Lamb isn't ranked higher (15:00).
