How to Flip a House: A Beginners Guide with Scott Wroe

Kev is joined by social media expert and property investor Scott Wroe in this episode. They talk about strategies anyone can follow to flip houses as well as the unique ways you can leverage social media in your property investing business. The Problem with Bridging Loans with Toni Gargan and Gary Das

They discuss what they are, where they might be useful but also reveal the three main reasons you may not want to use them. He talks about the quality of house, tenants, refurbs and and reveals the most important things you need to weigh up when purchasing property.
