Be brave- Create Boundaries with Jazmin Clark
Ever struggle with boundaries? Today my guest Jazmin Clark is going to share how she personally incorporates balance, boundaries and even “No’s” into her life so she can better serve her family and others.
If you are a "yes" person...meaning, you have a tendency to say yes to pretty much every invitation, every new gig, every new job offer, activity, social gathering, volunteer opportunity (you get the picture)...keep in mind, this very important factor.
Saying YES means saying NO to something else.
Read that again a few times.
The important thing to evaluated, is this: what are you saying NO to? No is not necessarily a negative word.
If I say YES to serving in this capacity, am I saying NO to quality time with my spouse?
If I say YES to hanging out with friends this weekend, am I saying NO to working on my dream of being an Entrepreneur?
Are you following me?
Grab a cup of your favorite coffee, tea or whatever you're drinking, and join me and Jazmin as we share openly our own struggles with this and how we work to overcome this very common dilemma.
Jazmin and her husband operate Experience Family Chiropractic in Florida- where they serve health and wellness to their community. She is a beautiful Boss Mama of three children, homeschools their tribe while also working along side her husband. She won the Women of Distinction Award for Health & Wellness for Lee County, Florida and is such an inspiration to everyone around her!

What Fills Your Cup?
We all know the saying "you cannot pour from an empty cup". And yet so often we deplete ourselves from everything that fills our cup, while still expecting to give of ourselves once there is nothing left.
Hear a funny story of me at 3 yrs old, listen to some tidbits on distance learning, discover the importance of filling your cup and I’ll even share the craziest thing that happened to me last week!
I want you to pretend that we are just sitting across from each other at a coffee shop or at the kitchen table....having a conversation. We all need to identify what "fills our cup" and one thing I can say for certain is that pouring my heart into this podcast definitely makes my cup full.
