Breathwork Exercise: {10:30}   Hi friends! I have an extra special episode today. I'm starting out by telling you one of my Angel stories. {24:50}: Tapping Mini-Session Begins     Dr. Katie Nall is back on our show today! Dr. Nall is a sought-after speaker, mathematician, and author. She is also a certified practitioner in EFT (emotional freedom technique). She was our guest on Monday's episode, where she told us all about the process of tapping. Tapping can help us to release negative emotions, or what Dr. Nall calls our W.A.F.F.L.E.S.: worries, anxieties, fears, frustrations, lethargy, exhaustion, and stress.      At the beginning of the episode, Katie walks us through a couple of her favorite Angel stories. america, MINE author, Sasha Banks is back on Angels and Awakening today! Sasha was a guest on our previous episode talking all about her book and what a future post white supremacist America could look like.    Today, Sasha shares an Angel story that involves her grandmother sending her messages. We say a beautiful prayer for Sasha's mother who is hoping to get a lung transplant soon.    In the last half of the episode, Sasha and I discuss a deep question that has been weighing on my mind since this past Fourth of July. Friends, I am learning and I am far from perfect. I've been asking a lot of uncomfortable questions lately in hopes that you will be able to learn alongside me. We need to keep doing the inner work to keep our egoic mind down. I've only seen this a few times in my life, but sometimes Spirit communicates with their loved ones in BIG ways.
