Ricky Stanzi is a professor and coach within the GOATA (Greatest Of All Time Athletes) system. GOATA’s goal is to hone in the most effective transfers of energy in the body and make those muscle movements second nature.   Ricky was formerly a football quarterback in the NFL, CFL, and Big Ten.
